Young Black Queens

Young black queens
In such small packages
They seem like little girls
But they are strong black women
Which means
They are Young black queens
My black queens raise
Hold me up. Praise me
Child got no worries
Black queen we need to lift
Her head adorn her crown
Quit bullshittin and start liftin
'Cause our daughters
Sisters mothers aunts
All them are black queens

What we need to do.
What we need to do?
What is this? What this is...
Its us realising we got to make moves

I got female cousins
I weep for these girls
Some older than me
But i see 'em as girls
They hustle and try
All making life move
On a day to day
But wit' houses of kids
Cryin an bellys to fill
I weep for these unequipped
Not ready for this white world girls
Painted a shade to make it so
The white man drain the black woman dry
This aint no bullshit black power
Talk for the masses so people can hear
It the motha fuckin truth

The truth
Will set us free
