The Rejects
Hate hovers in place of my soul,
The negativity swallowing me whole.
I'll never understand why it had to be this way,
Why society had to break apart what fragments i had finally put back together.
I slowly fall apart infront of this broken world,
Not knowing which way to turn.
Sometimes I wonder how so many end up like me,
Alone, one person against the world.
But then I remember,
It's because we were damned from the start.
No one wants to look at us,
We're considered rejects.
Take this moment to remember,
All of us are fighting battles.
If we all stand together,
We out number the 'accepted'.

We're considered rejects.

We out number the 'accepted'.
