Alone

Am I
  truly
alone?
Even thought
  the ones I love
and cherish
  stand by me?
Is it because
  I feel
     completely
               e m p t y
               inside?
Did my soul
     and hope
vanish?
The voices
     they have left me too.
I do not understand what I am to do
  with this loneliness...
They aren't really gone...
  I just can't see them.
  Maybe I can't hear them  either?
No...
     That is just nonsense...
  They really did leave me.
                           Abandoned.
                                     Left behind.
                                                 Gone.
I must be.
Truly.
Alone.
