You stroke me and slivers of pleasure
Consume me
I caress your face and trace
The outline of your ear, draw you near
How could I love you more?
You who bore our child, our darling boy
Great source of our greatest joy
Your dignity and poise cause me to rejoice
To revel in the beauty of our union
Watching as you sit in the sunlight
Or making sultry demands at midnight
You, the sunshine of my day
You, the moon of my delight
I worship at your feet as, replete,
I bask in the glow of your love
Tell me how I can serve thee more
You whom I adore
Tell me I implore
If it takes forever I shall strive,
As long as I’m alive, to serve
He who does not deserve
To sit even at your feet
Swear by god above
The service of his love
Consume me
I caress your face and trace
The outline of your ear, draw you near
How could I love you more?
You who bore our child, our darling boy
Great source of our greatest joy
Your dignity and poise cause me to rejoice
To revel in the beauty of our union
Watching as you sit in the sunlight
Or making sultry demands at midnight
You, the sunshine of my day
You, the moon of my delight
I worship at your feet as, replete,
I bask in the glow of your love
Tell me how I can serve thee more
You whom I adore
Tell me I implore
If it takes forever I shall strive,
As long as I’m alive, to serve
He who does not deserve
To sit even at your feet
Swear by god above
The service of his love
