Paranoia music

Is it me?
Or am I just paranoid?
Cause there's this music that plays
in my ears
in my head
there's no iPod or radio
it's just that same music

can't you hear it
or am I sick
do I need medication
because of a little music in my head
is this truly paranoia
this one little song that plays in my head
over and over again

i'd  ask you to make it stop
but I kind of like it
how it repeats itself

it drives me insane
it makes me so paranoid
where is it coming from
I don't want medication
I want it too be louder
till everyone can here it
