The Game's Afoot.
The stakes are high, as with any game worth its salt.
The prize is mutual understanding of Life's emotional and mental connections between two separate souls that once walked the hallowed halls of un-inspired education.
Said individuals, knew of each other - but life at the time dictated that they be too young to understand their true mission. Strangers they remained, barely acknowledging each other's existence - as I recall.
Now many years later, decades even, said souls being wiser and having matured, so they think, have found their missing half. Friends they are now, in-tune with each other's deepest desires - one can only guess...
The first move has been played...
