Unexsued Insecurites

It's funny how people say they aren't insecure and yet I catch them saying things such as "I apologize how gross I look today","excuse me I need to go put on some makeup",or "does this look alright on me?" If you weren't insecure,you wouldnt feel the "need" to put on make up everyday,rather youd use it to enhance your natural beauty or just simply,because you like makeup and experimenting with it.If you weren't insecure,you'd be confident in yourself and not feel the need to ask people for their opinions on how something looked.You'd try on whatever item to make sure it fits you and then you'd buy it.If you weren't insecure,you wouldn't apologize for how you looked,you'd just go about your day,not caring how you looked,nor what people thought.So are you really insecure or just lying to yourself and everyone else?
