Yep need to leave and can just walk out the door, I did. It is tough, but you know what is best for you to do and if you know what is holding you back then you know what you need to do. Life isn't easy so why make it harder with people who hold you down? Nice write, I enjoy reading your works. :)

Anytime I can't move forward, I've learned to step out of my own way..an insightful piece..great pen.
