who can I trust?

what does this mean?
IS this really love?
Or is it an obsession?
Am I just too possessive?

I love you so much that when you disappeared
I hated you.
Whoever said the opposite of love was hate,
they must have been blind fools.
Love and hate may be "opposite"
but they share the same coin.
Going from one to the other is easy enough,
because I know that I could only hate you
