idiot Poet
Crimson hot iron
to make it the shape
as customer want
all summer afternoon
hit down it with an old hammer
dozens of times
wiping away the hot sweat drops
turn and pour water
repeats again
until gets the shape the best form
Blacksmith:
treasuring the hammer
after putting it
in a cool place
goes rest the shade of
a tree in front of the smithy.
to make it the shape
as customer want
all summer afternoon
hit down it with an old hammer

until gets the shape the best form

Winter has come
snowplow sound
on the frozen road
busy clearing snow up
to the knees
for the people trapped at home
splits firewood
to spend the winter
also let's write a poem
with speed and precision
an ax blade runs
from top to bottom
from heaven to earth
let's read each other
for warm heart
like your breath
which doesn't get tired of repetition
Let's love
before the jealous spring
comes.

Uncle Bravoh
Living in New York
have never been to go
in the carneigie hall
theater
time square
soho distance
building forest
twenty blocks asphalt walked
for forty years
no window,
red bricks, prison room door
turned the hand-stained handle
getting older
sweet home was shattered
good health was destroyed
Bravoh who has nowhere to go
but then one day
had flowed in here
--the cheapest world,the most expensive apartment--
has been kicked out semi-underground haven
like Immigrants from all over the world ...

A Gift of Immortality
Sleep,
sleep,
when it is quiet
more active
sleep,
even if i push away,
even if i hug,
beat and twist and pinch,
even if i put it down
by judo bout
digs into my chest
walks through the intestines
from head to toe
tickling
greed and prejudice
another name for immortality,
sleeplessness
i never kicked
people say i kicked it out
gossiping
you are the reason for my existence
i diagnose myself
who has never suffered
by the insomnia
thrash all night with sleep
beautiful,...

Love Does not Avoid Tragedy
An angry wind swept the winter fields. the snow that fell yesterday turned into ice sheets and glistened in the morning sun. we --me and my wife, two children, an neighborhood elder, and boys and girls-- got off 41 bus and crossed the street. and two Elementary students called "Hi, Daddy!" while running. with the blink of an eye, door closed and car fled. we waved and followed a certain van, but we couldn't help but sigh. for a while, we shrugged our shoulders and held both hands tightly our hands as we walked. after a while, another empty car came out and fled to village the same....
