Grind
Stuck in the grind
Getting pulled side to side
Hope something gives
Already used all the tricks
Barely even old
Cold sweats to the bone
Take it how it comes
Don’t get your head spun.
Still got so long
Don’t know right from wrong
Never knew a home
Don’t know where I belong
Gotta stay on the hunt
Can’t say that it’s fun
The grind’s got me down
And I’ll spread it all around.

I wonder where you come from.
She said to me,
“I come from where the sky meets the sea,
stretching on, beyond sound and trees,
From energy.”
So I said, Hey baby.
Where you wanna go to?
“I wanna go away from spiteful stares,
away from deadlines, fees, and fares,
I want freedom..”

Can’t tell, what you think
You know I come from a different place,
A place that lies between time and space,
I’m unreal.

That toxic things can burn and sting

Can you fix my headspace?

3 days later, you still ain’t home
And I’ve been playing my fingers to the bone
Singin bout the blues, and the, pretty things
And sulking...

Life seems to have many doors and, many avenues
And somehow I've found a home with you

Here from afar

Well I know of a place far down from here.
Bonfires and fireflies, with dancing spheres.
So let the good times roll
And let your hair hang down.

Walking around, the same street signs as before.

Supernova
You're a supernova,
and I'm confined by your spell.
I survived and I'm alive, and I'm just
going with the waves, can you tell?
I deduced that what to do,
is everything that includes you.
You've got charm, and I mean no harm,
I'm just trying to take you where you ain't been to.
Side to side, and south to north,
I just wanna get in your collision course.
Skim my skies, and dim the lights,
I can feel myself pulled by your force.
I devise where we'll subside,
is the valley between moon and sky.
Anxious now, pretentious...
