When you catch a glimpse of the moon

When you look at the stars  and they whisper my name

I hope your heart feels overwhelmed

when you lay in your room and nothing in your own home ever feels the same

I hope the colors of every sunset make you frown

and I hope that every sunrise makes you  look away

because it reminds you of what could have been if you had chosen to stay
