As dusk descends upon their glen
Reclining near a fire cozy & bright
The Easter bunnies settle in
With tasty chocolates & sweets
And best of all, favorite tales to tell
of the children on their streets
Joyfully discovering the tokens of love

Stabs in the Dark
Hmmm, I just thought how…I hurt you. I keep realizing more & more just how much… I’m sorry. I know I say it over & over but I don’t know what else to do or say. I wish I could make it right…undo the stabs I put in your heart…go back & be a better friend…go back & be sensitive & really listen…go back & make different choices… but who knows, maybe I’m still holding the knife & flailing in the dark & don’t even realize the damage I cause in my own confusion. I hope not. I don’t want to be a source of hurt!
