Maniacs at midnight
I am old
A dead cloth
A taxi of time
Wheels off
Shaking
You are young
A bright princess
Dedicated to passion
Rims sparkle
Alive
We are who we are
Maniacs at midnight
A dead cloth
A taxi of time
Wheels off
Shaking
You are young
A bright princess
Dedicated to passion
Rims sparkle
Alive
We are who we are

Dreams of the dead serpent
Where rest the dead
In the great Pyramids of Egypt
At the foot of the Sphinx
By the tomb of Rameses
Along the Nile Delta
Where art thou,
Have thee come before
Through the great tunnels
Into the sublime terra
And the haunting dreams
Ah the Afterlife
Scratches like a cat
Waits like a lion
Pounces and preys
Destined for death
Where are ye now
Amidst the catacombs of Giza
Wrapped in the dark
Waiting and waiting
Waiting for the afterlife
Hear O Israel

The leper
India has its lepers
Untouchables on the streets
Castes by the corner
Prejudice by the kerb
Bitterness in the market
Death in dwellings
Hate and ostracism
Suffering in silences
Inequality and inhumanity
Of those who show prejudice
Who judge and jury
Who throw words as knives
Who kick the street beggar
Who trample the women
Who steal from the needy
Who murder and pillage
Who bring nightmares
through the village
And hatred through lies
Who judges is judged
Who points is pointed ...

A man, a friend and a dog
I have many tears
These are for one man
I know not of his fate
His life nor his time,
I only know of his code ~
His code of life
Who knows thy code
Written in twisted helix
Inscribed in the seed
Of thy days and nights
I mourn for a man,
A friend and a dog
These are for one man
I know not of his fate
His life nor his time,
I only know of his code ~
His code of life
Who knows thy code
Written in twisted helix
Inscribed in the seed

I mourn for a man,

We shall return
Last night I drove to
The graveyard
I lay upon graves
In the night with
The rustling,
I cried upon the grave
Upon the rock
And placed stones thereon
As I lay mourning
The ghosts of men
They looked into my eyes
Chanting their way
Into my soul
Open and bleeding
Flesh eaten
And hungry
For I who have joined
The dead
We are nothing less
Nothing more
Our breaths may be gone
Yet our spirits remain
Hear O Lord
We shall return
The graveyard
I lay upon graves
In the night with
The rustling,
I cried upon the grave
Upon the rock
And placed stones thereon
As I lay mourning
The ghosts of men
They looked into my eyes
Chanting their way

Death on wood
I'm wasting my time
Clocks are ticking
Hearts are beating
Words are pretending
I'm writing my rhyme
My epitaph is waiting
Paper in the wind
Words are pretending
Lets not forget the dead
The poets that bleed
Crosses in the sun
Death on wood
I'm wasting my time
Clocks are ticking
Hearts are beating
Words are pretending

Baqar
Baqar ~
I am searching for
answers ~
These are not in the mists
Nor in the forest of trees,
These lay in the valley
Of heartbeats and seas
In white coat and sandals
Across the land of Baqar
For thunder and heavens,
Shall anoint Lord Zulfiqar
O Lord, great Allah
Master and Supreme
Who brings us this time
And the thoughts of our dreams
Now is the Salah
Now is devotion
Here is God
Here is Allah
"My prayer, my offering, my life and my death are for Allah,...

days of myrth
Should ye child be without father
In the valleys of the first slaying
As the winds in the village laughter
Each child for the father praying
Where art thou, O Father
Has the earth outcast
For the day is darker
And body thin from fast
Father who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name
For mother has taken what is given
Turning water into blood stain
Evil mother has killed father
Letting child alone be
In thy desert pater
In the lonely sunken sea
Evil mother in thy rope
Ye swing across this earth
Hanging...

I wish
We were together
I see your smile
Your tea ceremony
Selling your art
And not your body
No flirt permitted
Just smile and pride
For this sexless life

You bastard
The empty pages sit beside me
waiting for something more than
avoidance and disdain, yet you sit
scornful and angry, throwing insult and accusation,
O God of Mercy, I need you more than ever.
The first time you beat me,
I said, it's ok,
The second time you beat me,
I said, it's pain,
The last time you beat me,
I said never again.
You bastard.

Domestic violence is antiquated and not acceptable. The statistics show that both men and women commit domestic violence and it results in many injuries and deaths, as...
