God you are beautiful
God, you are beautiful
The art from your hand
Breathtaking
A canvas of colors
Is our world we see
Sun sets of romantic hues
Storms in shades of power
Spring days of vibrant glow
Nights in mysterious shadows
The world you paint
Only a fragment we see
Of your beauty
You are beautiful beyond compare
Your love song beckons
With tones of peace
Mysterious melodies
Of love so true
A harmony sung
Of grace and love
Your beautiful sackrifice
Which was made for all
Proves love to us
Though we are undeserving...
The art from your hand

Every coin
Two sides to every coin
Both are deceptive
Both are truth
Heads or tails
Spiraling in mid air
Which will it be
Can you choose?
Both speak plain
Both hidden away
Crashing to the ground
Spinning around
Both tell stories
Both silent as a grave
Heads up
Tails down
And the other way around
What side do you see?
Or are they each
All the same?
Two sides to every coin

You are my everything
This life can be so cruel
Where nobody plays by the rules
Lives fall apart and hearts are broken
For true love you are my token
You, giving me everything
Deep within my heart I sing
Of our love strong and true
Oh, how I wish you knew
How deep is this love I feel
Because you are my everything

in a haze
Walking around in a haze
Dazed to commotion that surrounds.
Within I am numb;
Senseless to the bustle of life.
Tired
Alone
Sick at heart
My Love has gone
On a journey away from home.
My mind is a blur.
Voices all around,
I can hardly distinguish the sounds
Of words from my relations
Who are so near.
My heart is crying out;
My soul is yearning.
To be united once more
With the man who holds my heart.
For now I carry on
My heart absent from my chest
As my Love is far away.
I am left in this haze
Lost and in...
Dazed to commotion that surrounds.
Within I am numb;
Senseless to the bustle of life.
Tired
Alone

a little story
Outside the door I go
Along a golden path of sand
On a journey I am bound
Along a winding path I follow
Below the autumn sky I walk
Next to familiar steps I come
With haste I make the climb
Up the steps to a path
Through a garden I then step
Before a brown door I pause
At last this moment is here
Despite nervousness I knock
After a long pause I finally hear
From behind the door it comes
Unlike any other is her voice
Opposite me she now stands
Under sparkling eyes a smile
Following our greetings I...

A blank page
Emptiness in my deepest thoughts
Questions, searching for more
Never satisfied with what is laid before
Wondering, seeking for the truth
Is this the life I am to lead?
Pages of the calendar fall to the ground
Can time really heal all open wounds?
Through sleeplessness I tread
Grasping for hope from a memory
Seeming to be from a time ages past
Motions thoughtout the day- survival
Unable to revel what really lies beneath
In my heart I am tired of life
What is my purpose where is my grace?

In a vise
Lies my heart
Alone
Cold as stone
Ripped from my chest
Gone from me
My Love
Hours drip away
Another night
To day
Alone in our bed
Numb to life
Vivasity faded
Left with tears
From a love
So real
My heart
Breaking apart
As I wait
Passing another day
Wishing to feel
Your touch
Upon my heart
Healing the pain
Chocking my soul
Setting me free
From this vise
Stifling my heart
Lies my heart
