The Champion Emerges
In this twisting, turning life, there must be boundaries that intruders don't cross,
Strolling in & out of your journey, to lose them is not a total loss,
When those back stabbers remove their hateful blade from your spine, give them props.
Sweetest of voices disguise the darkest, evil intents, dripping like candlewax,
So polish your sword with a skeleton key covered in all the courageous qualities you lack,
That cold bastard isn't aware that you've already fortified your palace, changed the lock.
Trapped in rusted dungeon chains, faints the exhausted warrior...

Cosmic Spirals Magnetic Undertow (Masked as Wonderland)
Rumbling thunderclouds gather overhead, casting shadows throughout the deciduous forest. We hear footfalls rapidly approaching, as the white rabbit deftly scrambles around the bend. Vest buttoned askew, betraying nervousness hovering about the endangered hare.
Unflatteringly, a stutter erupts from whiskers in dire need of a trim.
"L-l-late f-for a-a very important d-d-d-date.", escapes breathlessly, uttered to no one in particular. Reaching to clasp the flimsy chain linking our eccentric, cottontail buck to confining measurements of time. Pocket watch gleams...

Explosion of God's wisdom brought light to penetrate darkness
Cosmos coalescing forming beautiful imagery
Gazing down from amid star dust
Are an Angel's chior accompanying universal beginnings
Seraphim spread wings to cover the Creator
As brush strokes of Jehovah's masterpiece are revealed
A harp announces the arrival of glory on the wings of a dove
Water crystals sparkle on the tail of Haley's fiery comet
Revolving neatly around its bride to be
Saturn's ring shine radiantly

Constellations Perpetually in Flux
Dust settles weightlessly to the parched desert floor as invisible confines
A makeshift, disintegrated ferry drifts aimlessly in between the muddy, phantom river banks
In the near distance, a vertical cloud covers the pyramids sacred shaft in shadows of despair or disrepair?
Permanent, pockmarked statue guards the toll keeper who collects his two brass coins from the reaper's bountiful divide
The unsteady river of stix grows shallow with weakness as the souls blood tie runs dry
To maintain the mellow flow and lyrical rhythm of the gentle waves that conceal serious...

Prayer For the Damned
Down on bended knee
Pleas for deliverance
Seem to fall
Upon deaf ears
"God can you hear?"
Screams of the damned
This plague consumes
The very membranes
Firing electric transmissions
Forsaken by choice
Left to decay
"Where are Your saints?"
All the sinners
Are on the stage
Titans of miscreants
Plan to overthrow
Your throne weeps
Lost to Your glory
These masked façades
Determined to destroy
But faith remains
Despite adversity
Maybe because of it
Warriors in the fray
Mixed between...

Rainbow's Enticing Disgust
The prism captures
the radiant light
of an imagined goddess ~
Trapped within
the pyramid
designed
for eternal reflection~
Crystal clear
tri-sided
geometric prison
falters~
Metamorphosis occurs
as the wavelengths
of illumination~
Transfer through
the phantom bars
of her Alcatraz~
Banished to
the outer limits
due to her
unintended travesty~
An exile
who's punishment
far outweighs
the crime~
Masked marauders
coaxed her vote
to sway the counsel~ ...

Impervious Condensation in Motion
Freezing rain drizzles down~
Sleet slices the tender blooms~
As dawn rises on the horizon~
The crystal shards melt rapidly~
Pristine blossoms heave a sigh of relief~
Tenderly embracing the sun ripened droplets~
Warmth electrifies throughout the bashful roots~
Clouds billow in pregnant pause~
Willing its creation to nourish God's lily filled valley~
Moisture penetrates the fog settling over the landscape~
Petals flourish in the glorious downpour of magnificent dewdrips~
Spring washes the easel of winter away with translucent wonder.

Devious Visitors
These overwhelming apparitions haunt me,
Following the messenger within I don't see,
Won't they ever retreat and let me be?
This spiritual gift has become a curse,
Malevolent phantoms silently try to converse,
Trapped in between a conflicting universe.
Unseen sight threatens madness,
Carried by projected drabness,
Ghosts irate and full of malice.
Seem to insinuate they wish me harm,
Never alone fighting a swarm,
Their welcome is mediocre lukewarm.
Rimless spectacles outline gunmetal gazes,
Demanding me lead...
Following the messenger within I don't see,

Hangs in the balance
Heaven is on fire
Gauntlet has been marked
Ancient cross bones curse

Petrified Scapegoat
Naked and alone
Shivering violently
Thoughts decorate the victim
Tethered and bound
Haunting memories
Of this room
And its overturned
Seemingly wooden chair
Scene depicts imprisoned
Frozen silence
Unique lingering scars
Speak of innocence stolen
Reeking of Terror's
Metallic enzymes
Tortured in captivity
Never allowed
To roam free
Mind captured just as
The body was defiled
Seeking to escape
The whore's horror
Of which I'm confined
These four walls
Hide her secret
From eyes...
Shivering violently

Nor my inmate vernacular
Just clinical insanity
Rearing its ugly head
Will the cycle end?
Or is it allowed to begin?
Different outcome expected every time
Voices poison the clarity in my mind
My resume would state:
"Works well with others regardless of the pain"
Deranged architecture furnish self imposed purgatory
Collapsing mental faculties flail in vain
Told to toughen up or suffer
Burdened by overwhelming...
Nor my inmate vernacular
