How sad (empty nest)
marriage should be about him and you
not an empty nest feeling nothing left
how sad that raising kids is all you feel you had
so from your wedding day today raising kids
sharing a bed you have nothing left
there is time left to build that relationship
where did those unbridled feelings go
before the kids and growing old
refresh that first night you met
start dating rekindle those feeling renewed
there was something special wasn't there then
to many empty nest stories resides
don't just through away 20 or 30 years of life ...
