Some people with never understand how you yearn for them not sexually but instead mentally spiritually eternally. The thought that you can never get on the same page... always so much tension so much bickering so much dismay.... it's like a dark cloud that just lingers but only when you're together. What does it mean to have so much sadness when there should be nothing but happiness there? How do you repair and don't even actually know the root to the issue? Heartbroken
He talks a good game and intertwines with your heart.
He makes you want forever and you hope you'll never part.
But as soon as you're hooked as soon as you just can't let go.
He kicks you to the curb and moves on to the next hoe.
You be so stupid just keep coming back for more.
Not stopping to realize you can just leave out the door.
But you won't go you just keep coming right back.
No matter how he treats you you won't see what he lacks.
He lacks the love in his heart where you use to be...
Cuz he's moved on and fell in love with the next...

But as soon as you're hooked as soon as you just can't let go.

I'm slowly losing my mind
My body is just a shell where i used to reside
I'm far away looking in from the outside
I see everything now but i just run and hide
Run from the truth and reality of the world
Truth is my nightmares and dreams have become swirled
I'm loosing reality don't know what's real or fake
I fall asleep and wake up with the shakes
My mind is so clouded I'm not thinking straight
My heart hurts I'm losing all my faith
I want to stay positive thinking maybe i have the upper hand

Do you see me
When I look in the mirror it's hardly beauty I see
I see hurt and pain I see hate for the inner me
It's hard to love the reflection
When all I see is rejection
Abandonment has changed me
Inside and out
I hurt internally
Is this what life is about
I want to find that rainbow
After the rain is gone
But it just keeps storming
With no rainbow to be found
When I see the reflection
And it is a joy to me
Maybe life will be different
This day I want to see
A day when I feel
The way everyone sees me

I've been struggling lately with this word we call prayer and this man we call God. You may judge me but I don't care we pray for a God who is up in thin air. We say he's not there when we want but will come through when I need him. Well I need him now and guess what I can't find him anywhere. I'm confused cause I'm starting to realize all the times I said thank you God got this job or thank you God that I'm able to eat. I'm the one that got up did the work I soed those seeds that I reap. Is forever just a dream?
Was it all just make believe?
Never wanted you to leave
Wasn't trying to deceive
I want you like I want life
Willing to love you and give the ultimate sacrifice
How can this end
When you are forever suppose to be my friend
I want you forever near
Losing you is my biggest fear
Can I just stay in this dream eternally
Where I am with you and you are with me....

What is a friend in your mind
Is it someone who's there all the time
When you need them
And even when you don't
A friend is there in spirit
When no one else won't
I wanna be that friend
That you can always talk to
The one that's there to listen
And always get you through
A friend you can't loose
Cuz I'll never go away

Growing and Learning
Guessing and wondering what I ever did to deserve my fate
Continuously making mistake after mistake knowing one day it'll be too late
Never making it never really getting very far
Falling short every time never knowing who you are

My Secret Life
In his sleep he holds me
And never lets me go
In reality he wouldn't
So I know he doesn't know
He doesn't want to touch me
Or even get too close
Because in his mind his pride's too high
And that's what he cherishes most
He loves me in secret
And hides it from his self
He doesn't want the world to know
That his heart never left
He is distant
Yet so close to me
We live in the same house

A Smile Is Never Just A Smile
You'll never know my struggle unless I tell you my story
But you'll never kno my story cause I keep it to myself
My tears you'll never see but they fall constantly
The sadness in my heart is always masked with a smile
But you would never know cause I wear that smile proud
My shoes you couldn't walk in cause sometimes I struggle myself
Sometimes it's hard to even wake up and even take a step
But I'm going to keep stepping cause life won't hold me down
