Footsteps
Loud fast footsteps
Echo down the hall
They are getting louder and louder
Closer
Sounds of despair
Cry out from the footsteps
Sending chills up your spine
The walls feel like they are weeping
Pouring out its pitty
For the broken cries
Eternity appears to have past
Since the pounding of hurried feet began
The sounds are steady
As if they havent moved an inch
The echos seem to laugh
Entertained by the footsteps effort
Enjoying its pain
Trapped in a forever sprint
Down a never...

Sea of destruction
Revenge of the sea
Waves like weapons
Striking down
All who dares to cross her
Her tender movements
Act as though they wish to caress
Possessed by anger
Her movements destroy
Swallowing the debris
Keeping her collection of trophies
She is hungry
For vengeance
Against all who dare to cross her
All who dare to tame her
She cannot be tamed
Her movements are too strong
Too powerful and wonderous
For any man to take on
Magestically she tears down
Each and every ship
As if they were made of paper...

Last Note
The knife pierces my skin
Cutting away the flesh
Leaving an opening
To remove the traitor
My betrayor lays beating in my palms
Pumping the blood through my veins
Singing out its heart
It sings for the past
Memories of an extinct love
Wanting it reborn
The song is like razor blades
Cutting away at my soul
Slashing apart my flesh
Bleeding me dry
I beg for its final note
Plead for an ending
To a never ending song
The rhythm stops
The tune is at pause
Unclenching my hand ...

flight of the bird
Magesticlly,
The bird takes flight
Trusting the sky
Leaping towards the earth
Embracing its nature
Gliding softly
Feeling the cool breeze
Sweep through its wings
The bird soars higher
Ascending to glory
The flight is as treacherous
As it is beautiful
Leaving all possibilities to chance
Allowing all possibilties to happen
Through the rush of the winds
The bird flies strong and true
Pushing forward to reach its goal
Flying towards its freedom
When its wings cannot withstand the treachery
The wings...

shadows
There is darkness in light
Dancing in the shadows
Calling out to us
Blinded by the brightness
It betrays our perception
Never revealing its shadows
Inviting us in
Grabbing ahold of us
Sending hope
Showing betrayal
The shadows take hold
Engulphing our souls
Rendering our bodies useless
The darkness in light
Bleeds our veins dry
Sending us deeper
Deeper into decay
Dancing in the shadows

Slowly but surely the truth creeps into realization
The lies and the betrayals are unveiled
You will not be pardoned from the anguish you have caused
The damage is too great
The sorrow lays a heavy weight upon my heart
You brought turmoil into this world
Squeezed every drop of blissfulness out of me
All thats left is hate
All i can feel is emptiness and sorrow
You will choke on your vile words
The battle has begun
A fight between father and daughter
One will triumph
While the other will perish in the hells of their nature

Caged Coffin
Metallic bars surround me
Locked and secured
Unbreakable
The cold feel of the cage
Stuns my body
Numbing my mind
Panic arises within my gut
Causing dillusion
The cage is closing in on me
Cutting away at my breath
Trapped
I scream a blood curdling cry
Hoping someone can hear it
Hoping someone will follow it
The only way to survive
Is to be released from the outside
The bars are closing in
Crushing each bone
As if they were simply twigs
Too easily...

The way a child feels
She wants to love
The way a mother loves
She wants to smile
Just like the sun
She wants to be free

Dead End
Walking on the edge
Staring down the path that lies ahead
Searching for a road
That leads a way out
A way out of my personal hell
Condemned
To walk this line
A never ending road
Down the path to eternal damnation
Swollen and bleeding,
My feet carry on
As if its on a mission
Stepping forward one foot in front of the other
The entirety of my being
Is screaming
For the road to end
To bring me to a stop
My body wont allow it
Though the soul is wiltering
The body still pushes forward
Hoping...

The demons
My demons of the past
Haunt me
Reminding me of what once was
Laughing at me for what ive become
My demons of my present
Reside within
Taunting me
Rendering me empty
Controlling my thoughts
Questioning my ways
But the demons of my future
Seem so inviting
Shining light into darkness
Do i walk towards them
And see what becomes of me
Or do i stand still
Letting the light fade away
A chance to escape
A chance to be free
Of the past and present
Of the demons within me

Dance of the dead
Dancing with death
Is so peaceful
So painless
Seeing into the bitter end
Tasting the sweet surrender
Brings a joy to her soul
The bone withered cold finger tips of death
Grazing her arm
Sends shivers down her spine
Willing, she follows
Into the depths
Into the unknown
She finds refuge in this place
Feels nothing
Yet thoughts still cluster her mind
Death is inviting to her
Death is accepting of her
Allowing her to be
The dead girl she is
She follows death farther
Deeper into the abyss...
