I am trying to write a poem,
some inspiration, some words for thought
I need ideas to write this poem:
what should I write and what should I not?
should I write about deep, bleek, dark depression,
of how I wish to end my life?;
or about my love, of emotion and passion,
just please tell me what should I write?

Why would one person
do this to theirself?
Put their life on hold, their bad habits first..
Why would one person
make their family suffer?
It's like it owns them, like it's some kind of curse

It's almost as if they don't even care
I swear, somehow they must, just can't live life unimpaired

It's a mystery, to them, staying calm and collect
so to keep their cool, they must be completely wrecked

They never thought they'd have their own,
husband and child and a quaint little home
People to love and to teach how to live
and now...
