I let it ring too many times for it to be an accident
I know it was meant
I sat there
watching your name pop up on the screen
my phone buzzing
my eyes shaking
my heart, stopping
i answered
you disappeared
like you do in my dreams

I guess I'll sleep
until I hear the unbearable beeps
I only say that,
because..

Another day,
full of self hate.
I can't seem to get my mind in the right state
i never feel the same.
i woke up taking the blame.
even though i know its not me
just let me be free.
Some days,
I feel like attaching myself to nature.
like, tying myself to a tree.
and finally feeling free.

But there it goes again
hearing those beeps
it was only another dream
