So...
So the sun will rise
Blue skies
Will never prevail
Always a story to tell
Like a queen I should hail
Somehow I always fail
Passion is kept under lock and key
But not for the world to see

It's a masquerade she shares
But for me it's never there

Cold words and silence is all I find
Is it shades of green

Not for the world to see
Bittersweet and full of mysteries
She was a daddy's girl
Livin' in a husband predisposed world
All she wanted was to feel loved
He was a country boy
Married to a city girl
He wasn't included in all her cloy
Two hearts search for desire
Two others feeds the fire
Two hearts that now belong
Two others will never see the wrong
Two hearts on a one-way street
