I have always loved words and would never use them as weapons.I have no great skill but that is of no consequence as long as readers find meaning or solace or guidance in my musings.

We are ignorant.
How long can you stay happy?
What begins must end, what is born must die, what comes together must separate.
An inhale conditions an exhale,birth conditions death, hope conditions despair and inspiration conditions disillusionment. So when we attach to hope we’re going to feel despair. When we attach to excitement it’s going to take us to boredom. When we attach to romance it will take us to disillusionment and divorce. When we attach to life it takes us to death. So recognize that it’s the attachment that causes the suffering, attaching to conditions and expecting them...

MISCELLANEOUS POEM

She's gone
It was cold, very very cold.
I went for a walk with misery in one pocket.
In the other, my dead wife's golden locket.
How confused I felt
holding sunlight in one hand
and darkness in the other.
Onwards I walked.
Fists clenched against the truth or the cold or both.
" It will do you good " they said.
But it didn't
for I wished that I was dead.
But I wasn't
I had a life to live instead.

The closer the hummingbird gets to the sun the much bigger it's shadow.

Bloody Liar
I've contemplated ego
from every vantage point
there's nothing I've discovered
that doesn't disappoint.
It's the CEO of humans
it rules with iron fist
waits to get the whip out
when I'm well and truly pissed.
Its focus is comparing
things you have or have not yet
it has its own perspective
sees everything a threat
Now it speaks
"Your home is not quite big enough
your car is ten years old
arise almighty ego
I will not be controlled.
Your clothes are all so daggy ...

Coincidence V Conditions
When conditions are right things happen
good and bad.
Hubris fools us into thinking we can adjust conditions to suit our moods,by
simply ignoring the truth that conditions brought the mood on.
For you to find your soul mate requires thousands of years, lives and conditions that had to be met first.
For a cloud to form or an earthquake to occur, the conditions have to arise.They have to be right for manifestation to occur.
To fall in love or into darkness need the right conditions to arise.
Ergo

Good Intentions
It was late
I never intended to kill
I trapped it under some Tupperware
And would set it free in the morning
to get on with it's own precious life.

I don't believe in God
but if I did
I would pray to him or her
to Make America Compassionate Again.
If God can't do that
He or she should smite those that
tarnish his name by disguising
themselves as Christians.
You can become POTUS
If you lie
If you bully
If you despise
If you're a felon
But you cannot be a Christian.
You may ask
when God is going to intervene
but he doesn't have to
America is destroying itself
using his name to do so.

I don't see the greying hair.

One walk three thoughts.
One:
A gentleman will hold your hand and pull out your chair.
A mans man will pull on your hair while entering you from behind.
A real man will do both.
Which one are you?
Two:
Killing yourself won't bring you peace, just an end to your suffering.You can't find peace when your dead....only when your living.
Three:
The more you resist pain the more you'll suffer.
Do the math.
PxR=S ( pain x resistance = suffering)
If your pain is a 10 and your resistance is a 10 then your suffering will be a 100.
If your pain is a 10 and...
