Sound bites. Word fights. Blue lights.
Words like hollow points that
pierce the mental membrane.
Load your keys and lay waste.
Cursing faceless names. Make
virtual wounds leak code blood.
Names with numbers, crush those
bots no matter what else.
Asymmetric warfare,
every target fair game.
Age is not a problem.
Crosshairs for the guiltless.
Any way to get that
social media murder.
When you’re on the side of
History, all’s good right? Yeah.

Lest languid literality pull along fallen thralls.

Luminescent lights fill lackluster living lofts;
Terrestrial travelers trying to trade temporal time.
Dawdling dilemmas? Dreaded drama? Diverse distractions deviously dull direction.

Fleeting Moments
Mommy! I just wanted to show you something
made by me. The company place sounds yucky!
Hang this in the cubicle mommy. It’s a
family drawing!
Mommy, can we travel outside? I want to
have a picnic! We can sing songs, eat yummy
food, and make some daisy chains, too! There’s still some
sunlight to play in.
There’s a big storm mommy! It’s dark and scary,
but with you beside me I know that I’ll be
safe and sound. Your whispers and kisses stop the
lightning and thunder.
Even though you didn’t decide to have me, ...

Pride Cycle
Which is better?
Humility brought by suffering
Humility dutifully sought
Little better than beast
My head is bowed low, grass I eat
All I have is nothing
I steep my thoughts in earnest adjuration
Bitterness and sorrow
Blessings overwhelming
The former are removed
The latter are bestowed
His greatness made manifest
“Who is greater? None”
Riches, finery, power, wealth
I will never again be without
I am astride the world, master of all
My greatness is grown and reaches heaven
I have built my house by the might...

Lain chains banish ashcan annals.
Clannish cannibals’ inns nab cash as chins lash cannabis.
