loneliness
lying here contently, lost in the spinning of the ceiling fan
I breath deeply and sigh longingly, the silence is deafening
i dont even notice the solitary tear trickling down my cheek
burning as it slowly moves along its way, a damp trail in its wake
perhaps its the reality finally washing over me, gone is yesterday
the beating of my heart echoes into the very depths of my soul
trembling slightly I pull the covers up over my head so no one sees
silently I sob into my pillow, uncontrollably I shake as i whimper softly.
if only I was someone else, somewhere else,...

LOVE POEM

Love
I try to understand what its all about
this thing called love we can't live without
is it emotional , is it physical bliss
why do we want it, lifes gentle kiss?
mutual respect, all your dreams come true
having someone close, faithful to you
or perhaps its an indescribable sensation
euphoric happiness, endless jubilation
or maybe its just three words we say
the only emotion that never goes away
in any case we trust in love
cause its pure elation like heaven above
this thing called love we can't live without
is it emotional , is it physical bliss

Tormented
All alone inside my head
puddles remain from tears i've shed
shadows abound
where memories are found
imaginary conversations had
leaving us feeling confused and sad
rancid smells that fill the air
talking to ourselves cause noones there
waking up in our own putrid refuse
as the night before our bodies we abused
injections causing erections
unprotected passion causing infections
Self mutilation
intellectual masturbation
it all started off so innocently
it felt like a second, but lasted an eternity
I sigh deeply...

It Only Takes A Moment
harsh words spoken
fragile egos broken
miscommunication
sad manipulation
love lost
at what cost
sanity, reality
individuality
In a heartbeat
lies deceit
a blank stare
noones there
life lost
thats the cost
A broken heart
yes thats the start
or the begining of the end
loss of life and of a friend

What's Love
Don't tell me it will all be okay
those are just words a fool would say
crimson teardrops trickiling down my cheek
as my head grows heavy and my knees grow weak
muted cries, I try so hard to scream
sickening thuds as i pray its all a dream
it isn't though, the pain is real
slipping into unconsciousness it's how i deal
with the agony that your so called love brings
as the swollen scrapes burn and bruises sting
blank stare its all thats left of me
please end it all or just let me be..
Crimson puddles on the floor...

Days go by
Sitting in the shadows watching life pass by,
trying to scream in anger, only managing to sigh.
whispers on the wind, teardrops in the rain,
smiles often used, to disguise the pain.
sometimes words unspoken,
cannot hide the fact, we're broken
Desolate solitude is is whats left of my humanity.
hanging by a thread on the brink of insanity.
i smile at you, you smile at me
both struggling with the reality.
there's no salvation, only the pain,

Fake
Waiting for the truth in a world full of lies
laughing and smiling, a terrible disguise
fake is what we've all become
how pathetic, so friggin dumb
you smile and i know its not real
why do you do that, what's your deal?
saddened by this state of affairs
shaking my head knowing no one cares
wondering why we try so hard to fit in
while covered in makeup from forehead to chin
painted on masks we all choose to wear

Imaginary Boogeyman
I am what you think about before you sleep,
the shadows around you is where I creep,
feeding off your fears a pleasurable delight
a salacious apetite I feed at night
bow down and behold what terrors i've wrought
i'll leave you helpless lost and distraught
in the battle for souls, i've taken my share
without remorse, a second thought or even a care
I get away with doing all the things that I want
your dreams turn to nightmares as I continue to haunt
when you wake in the morning Im no longer there
you've all but forgotten me don't even care
but...

feeding off your fears a pleasurable delight
