Perception
Perception is a great deceiver,
It can make anyone who won't believe in a lie a believer,
It can make a man think his girlfriend is sleeping with his best friend by the way he sees them act around each other,
But all this time she's been sleeping with another,
While having her man at odds with his friends & saying to herself "what a stupid muthafucka".
Whats that old saying "seeing is believing",
But as long we keep having tunnel vision perception will keep deceiving.
It can make anyone who won't believe in a lie a believer,

Kiss
What if I kiss you tell me how would you react,
Would you push me away or would you kiss me back,
Or would you slap me across my face for taking such an action,
I wouldn't care I'll have satisfaction to see your reaction,
Whatever happens when it happens just know that I'm true,
I just have one question "CAN I KISS YOU?"

A Bitch Move
Don't U hate it when aman try to make themselves look good by trying to make you look bad, it's sad but I try not to get mad,
I just pity them and let them do what they do,
I guess it's just in us I keep forgetting we're animals too,
Likea betawolf trying to takeover the pack,
It seem this alwayshappens betweenus guys because some don't know how to act,
We see something we want even though we know we can't have it,
Especially if it's a woman it's just another bad habit,
I can't understand why would a man who has alot,
Throw away all his self-respect for...
I just pity them and let them do what they do,

The Incident Pt 1 (The By-Stander)
I got shot last night took one right through my chest,
Something was telling me to stay at home knowing I needed the rest,
It was a long work week and I needed some relaxation,
Something to get my mind off my occupation,
So I called a friend and then I called a few more,
Going to hang downtown without knowing what the night had in store,
Jump the car knowing I'm the main one that gonna be drinking,
Also knowing that I don't need a DUI but really wasn't thinking,
All I wanted to do is chill with my people at a bar,
I'll stop drinking about 1AM then I'll be...

2 the EX-Girl
There you are holding the hand of another man,
Well I'm standing here trying to understand,
Why did you pick him over me,
Is he a better man or is he the type of man you wanted me to be,
I'm confused I thought I was all you really needed,
I was loyal, I never lied to you, & I never cheated,
But I guess you wanted more than I was willing to give,
I guess you didn't like the life I'm happy to live,
But if you're happy with the other man than I'll move on,
I guess the next girl will have to finish what you couldn't get done,
So go on be happy...
