I Stand Between Him And They
Standing out with the drawn sword
Kneel and fall in line with your lord
On these plains we battle for the king
Crown, sceptre, and ring
But I'm the last
And the rest close in oh so fast
The nobles dead on broken blades
In a sea of blood I wade
My sovereign depends on me
So my blades are free
For I'm the guardian in their way
I stand between him and they

Predator From Hell
He came from nowhere in the still of night
Despair calling ready to fight
Fallen to pieces bodies in the field
A predator with sword and shield
Terrified yelling and screams
A denizen of the darkest dream
Blood on his knife and evil as he can be
The children turn up gone
Butchered corpses shown in the dawn
Violence under the night of no stars
Deeds committed in the name of Morningstar
Carving a long and bloody path
The twisted hunt of a pyschopath
Despair calling ready to fight
Fallen to pieces bodies in the field
A predator with sword and shield
Terrified yelling and screams
A denizen of the darkest dream

The children turn up gone

Venit In Nomine Domini
Oh fortunate am I to thee
Thine kingdom's promise is free
As thy will is my sword
And faith in my earthly lord
For thine kingdom I vow
In thy name I fight here and now
To take these desert lands
And see the High Kingdom in the sands
Jerusalem sings for the angel's flight
Grace us with thy presence son of light
Thine warriors answer the call to arms
To protect this land from heathen harm
These promises we do make
In return Father our souls do take
Thine kingdom's promise is free

Vanguard
Angels heralded the attack
Screams as the saviors turned their backs
The league was slow to move if at all
But one nation answered the call
As invaders poured in from the East
On the lowlands they did feast
But then heard the North
So their winged riders came forth
For their faith they ride
As they charged down the mountainside
A legion to make the land at last freed
Invader skewered then did bleed
Harassing them through the conquered lands
Each time...

These streets are my mine at night
For when day breaks I take flight
But until then
I come from the shadows fen
And into the alleys I creep
Not making so much a peep
Until I see a lonesome traveler going for a walk
Behind them I slowly stalk
A shadow behind their mortal frame
Desolation my game
For my fingers control instruments of hate
Leaving prey to a twisted fate
As silver blades tear and rend

Father how could you be so good?
You'd wipe my existence away if you could
Your creations made in your holy image of light
Yet in your frame they commit evil this night
I rebelled when they were given will
Now I tempt them to rob, cheat, and kill

Orders In Hand
To join the martyrs hall
To stand proud and tall
With my orders in hand
To drive the invader from my land
Suits of plate mail adorn my frame
The title of defender in my name
The eagle banner flies in the wind
Lances lowered to tear and rend
The marshal blows his horn
And a charge is soon born
Thundering across the snowy plain
Horns on my helm
We hail from a more savage realm
For Christ we bleed and fight

An Empire Of A Thousand Years
Cries of anger in the fatherland
The cession of the west and rape at Versailles
The sparks for armies again to rise
A party of men with another vision
It's so clear to them now
Different people cannot share the land
A plague and he has the cure
Inspired by deeds done long ago
Flesh turned to ash
Armies pouring through the borders
They have been waiting to long
The fires all over the land burn
Troops go in and cattle cars go out
Parades bearing torch...

An Army On The Field
An army of sword and spear
Facing the enemy without fear
Marching to the sound of the gong
Thousands of men grim and strong
The frontline a wall of shields
On this their chosen battle field
Form the lines
Battle drunk like a hazy wine
Side by side
For Valhalla we ride
We're marching into eternity
Members of the war god's fraternity
Be sure to march as one
Face the sun
Don't look back
Northern sons attack
Hell unleashed and do not repent
The war god grants us no lament

Steel Eyes On A Pale Horse
He came through town like a whirlwind
Leaving destruction as his guns tore and rend
We irked his wrath
We regret crossing his path
It all started when we saw two
Decided they had a bag of coins or two
The town all agreed
They'd surrender their wealth or bleed
So a band of us caught them on the road
They'd give us what was owed
They were only two a male and his girl

Father I forgive thee not
How times shall I defy thee?
Thine ideas I fought
Yet on and on thine kingdom remains free
I ask of thy creations called man
To bring me thy God
Yet thy faith leads from the van
And I banished with a wave of a scepter or rod
Thine race as a whole
Tis very aware of thy place
Though thine contract I shall see anulled
And see you lose face

Come redeeming wings and have your shadow slowly creep
The greatest war to bring the deep
Your existence a cry of defiance
Tread forth in shapeless silence
Through the gateway prepared for thee
Your followers seek to make you free
Bringer of forbidden fire
