DARK POEM

We Three Sisters
We three sisters
We stay strong
From the souls of the small children
Our voices pure and bright begin
To lure the tiny kids
We brew a special potion
And make them drink it so
Their souls will keep us young
We've got secrets of the untold
We three sisters all day long have risen once again
You hanged us once
And when you did we let a cantillation roar
We'll be back we said, it's true
And look were back knocking at your door
Our voices ring through the town
They come to us
Never let us down ...
We stay strong

Rose
A rose may be pretty
but it got its thorns
It's delicate
It's dangerous
at the same time
Its rosy-colored cheeks
wow you everytime
but its prick
leaves you blood
each and every time
A woman is like a rose
she's delicate and pretty
but she's got her thorns
and when she pricks you
It'll ain't be pretty
so treat her like a rose
not like no dasiy
cause roses have their thorns
but at the same time are so pretty
but it got its thorns
It's delicate

The Dear of Delta
Gentle thoughts ground me down
nature and peace
does she remind me
kindness and compassion
she does invoke
The Dear of Delta reminds me
As I walk through the wood
I think of thoughts of peace
As I hear the dangerous sounds
I know I am unguarded
yet I am protected
The Dear of Delta reminds me
With softness and grace
I can survive and thrive
in this world of mine

If you get mad
don't get harsh or rood
don't lash out
or get in a bad mood...

Why Do I Hide
What do I have to do
to fit in
to not be
noticed
It would be nice to not have to hide
myself
I try to look like them
So I don't get laughed at or
embarrassed
I'm smart but not
cool
I've got friends but most are
fake
I bottle up my
emotions
just for them to explode in my
face
I'm sick of the mean girls I cant
take
I can not embrace my true
self
My bar is set to the highest
shelf
I can't reach what they
expect
Then it leaves me with
regret ...
to fit in
to not be

It would be nice to not have to hide
myself

Real friends will never leave you

Shattered Heart

I never wanted to let go
You meant so much to me
Even though you'll never know
I never told you that I loved you
I knew it was too late
I knew I should have asked you
To go on our first date
But that flower never bloomed
It wilted anyway
