beware of thorns
Careful what you wish for
Words that say no more
Once you let them in
Short work of u they make
Only not in your favor
Cutting you to the bone
Shattering dreams
Once your own
You now pay their price
For what THEY say is nice
Yet as you turn your back
You take another whack
Pray for pain to go away..
Is what they say
U need to do..
Or
wait till your dying day...

This lifeless hook
Submerging further
I don't dare look
One thing
still stuck in me
You had the pliers
To pull me free
Sinking further
You jumped off

Our hope was lost

Still Holding my breath
I must break free

now locked away
In every second of every day
Just as stars burn Brite
They don't stay lit all night
That light has traveled

Loves cup
As I started to wrap
The very last cup
It's reflection took me back
To sweet memories of you
Searing tears ..
Now flood my eyes ... .. .
Setting the cup down
i turn around
the last chair sits there
I walked slowly towards it
It sits in the room
That once held you too
Slowly eyes lift .
As I peer through tears mist.
I look now at the wall
That once held pictures of us all
More tears start to fall
The same place you once sat
Caressing poems of us ..

Lost presence of mind
Trying to finish up a job
Had to cut out big sections
Of the floor to get under the house
To repair the floor trusses
And replace the screw Jacks that also
Support this floor
Upon starting today I was bringing in
Plywood to cut and put down
Not paying attention to the holes as my mind was elsewhere
I set the piece of plywood upon two wooden horses so it could be cut
Just as I was turning around...and...
My mind still deciding to be elsewhere
My left foot decided to fall through the hole.. that was directly behind me ......
Had to cut out big sections

This story goes back
To before we had cracks
So those with no buts
Don't give it a fuss..
Just sit back ...hold tight

It all started one day.
I think it was May ....or maybe it was..

On a long forgotten coast
Was a village we called, Shree Rhost
It was cherished the most by some .damn..
Green and Grey haired Ghost.
When the October breeze was just right..
To take blankets at night .. we would gather the...
