DARK POEM

Falling Down, Freeing Me
Make it stop
The pain within life
Beats on my walls
Trying to break
What is left
Of my pathetic existence
Louder it pounds
As my ears ring
Blood running down my face
Surely enough it wishes to get a way out too
My freedom
My sanctuary
My Peaceful place
Is falling to the ground
Crumbling
Bit by bit
The pounding hits harder
Letting me know
My time here is up
Just when I think
It can't get any worse
My peaceful place falls
Hard to the ground
Crumbling above
It falls down
As I look up
Just in...
The pain within life

Secret Getaway
Do you trust me?
Just give me a chance
Take my hand
I will take you
To a place unnamed
Where only I have see
Don't let its darkness blind you
Just look a little further
Take my hand
Now come with me
And I will show you
My secret place
All full and peaceful
My only getaway
Now is your chance
To join me
In a place unseen
Where I go
When no one is watching
It is your only chance
Trust me this once
Take my hand
Then follow me
Falling down this blackened tunnel
Don't be afraid
It won't hurt one...
Just give me a chance

Under a Cover
Why everyone sees
What is not really me
I shall never know
What made them believe
I'm that sweet little girl
All caring a free
All full of glee
When in reality
That is no where near me
There is a lot more to it
And soon you will see
Death and destruction
All in my eyes
There is no path
There is no light
Only darkness
Black and cold
Shadowed and held
Tight by my side
Nothing more
Than a hallow soul
Filling higher and higher
With anger to low
To empty out
what kindness
That was never there...
What is not really me
I shall never know
What made them believe

MISCELLANEOUS POEM

Shadows Angel
I was waiting
And waiting
Till there was nothing left
An empty body
Full of shadows
No where to go
No where to run
No where to hide
For I was done
All hope lost
Not even a single trace
Eyes once full of hope
Now full of shadows
Black and gone
Like ash in the wind
Blown away
Never to be found again
When ready to give up
What was already given up
It appears
Bright like the sun
As if an angel
Was coming
To release me from what
Was always so endless
Lifting me high
Though I saw no sky...
And waiting
Till there was nothing left
An empty body
Full of shadows
No where to go
No where to run
No where to hide
For I was done
All hope lost
Not even a single trace
Eyes once full of hope
Now full of shadows
Black and gone

My Darkness Within
Running
From darkness
With no escape
I could run faster
But get no further
Just maybe closer
Day by day
Week by week
Month by month
The darkness encloses
More and more
Around my helpless body
Searching
Scratching
Clawing
Screaming
I try to find a way out
But there is no light
My path destroyed
I run once more
To only find
The darkness
Is my own
From darkness

Next Step
Truth is always a step away
Lies are always a step back
Life is always a future look
Death is always a past away
Through the eyes amongst the living
Death could always be one step away
Though some not afraid to take that step
And others shadowed by that one fear
Who's to say that death is always unpleasant
When there are those looking at us
from that other side
Waiting a watching for another to join
To those who are gone
Life may have been their pain
So getting out of all that
Is the peaceful bliss of death
...
Lies are always a step back

Death is always a past away

Disappearance
Eyes drawn to sorrow
Looking down
At what is left of
My nothingness of a body
Already dead inside
Only completing
The cycle
To forgotten souls
I had always said
I'll die fighting
But now only
The fight to win
Was a desperately wanted
Reward of
My own disappearance
To the empty shadows
Of what is known
As the opposite of life
Everything changing
All this pain gone
Forgotten souls
Now in view
For me to finally
Be where I want
And belong
Looking down
At what is left of

Midnight
Here I stand
Watching as time passes
Wondering
Thinking
Deciding
From good to bad
Memories flood
Strong enough to kill
Yet I stay here
I am only one person
Who would notice
No, I shouldn't
But maybe I should
Light falls
So darkness can appear
I walk this lonely road
Only ten of the night
I stop and think again
Should I?
Maybe yes
Maybe no
I walk again
Now only time has changed
Forty past eleven of this night
Stopping at a bridge
Looking down
...

A River of Tears and Blood
To everyone who I know,
I just can't take anymore,
I am to leave,
To take a step into,
The empty void."
Little words
She wrote with a flood of tears
Mixed with relief
She leaves it
As she takes
The action of a million words
Once she stood
All tall and proud
To be broken down
With nothing
But little words
In her place
Eyes once full of love
Now to give others sorrow
Needless to say
There was none
To care or listen
Until she once left
Watching unseen
As people pass ...

Mountains of Blood
Mountains are dirt
Mountains are sand
Mountains are rock
But most of all
Mountains are time
We do not make them
Yet we break them
Time lost by hand
Soon all is gone
An empty land
Much like them are we
People are skin
People are bones
People are time
But most of all
People are blood
We do not just make it
We also spill it
Anger consuming ones mind
Hatred instead of love
Building higher than I
Until one lets out
The monster within
To only leave
The spill of
A Mountain of...
Mountains are sand
Mountains are rock

Mountains are time

Same Sky (Friends)
From our first hello
To our last goodbye
Each moment we loved
All the fights we hated
Burns a hole in our past
And leave a skid mark
In our minds
To the awkward conversations
And laughs that left us
Out of breath
The places we've been
And the things we did
Now rest in the attic of our minds
To age with our body
Maybe forgotten?
But all the feelings we used to know
Fade in memory
Staying up late
On a mid summer night
Thinking of you
Or the next in line
Doesn't matter where we are
Or...

Time Away
Every day ends up a day gone
Every minute leaves me waiting for the next
Every second shows time passing
Every thought leaves me thinking and wishing
Every look makes me see new
Every emotion takes me away
I can sit and wait for time to end
But end up with the same each time
Always thinking
Thinking takes time
Thinking needs to see
Thinking shows emotion all over again
And I end up at the same place all over again.
