POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I just write down my dreams, the real poets are the creatures in my head.
Troublesome Party Nights
I spend all day getting ready.
Looking perfect for you.
I spend the ride there thinking,
of what to say to you.
I step through the door,
and go straight to you.
It’s funny when you hug me,
just the way you do.
You may annoy,
and I may chase,
but you still embrace.
We talk for so long.
Someone brings up a dance,
you say you know who to bring.
Now I'm in a trance.
I ask and plead u can trust me,
only to find that your dream date isn't me.
I lay my head in the grass,
gazing upon the stars,
trying to think of a way to...

Sapphire Moon
Though she shines in the sun.
She glows in the moon.
My little girl Sapphire Moon.
There's no stone to compare.
To her amazing blue stare.
There is no dancer in the world.
That's more graceful than my girl.
No words could do her justice.
No pictures could hold enough beauty.
She is a one and only.
A perfect fairytale girl.
There's nothing to compare.
To that lovely stare.
That's nothing that can be a bigger delight.
Then when she dances in the moon light.
There's no way to explain.
Even gorgeous seems too...

Let the Truth be Told
So let the truth be told and let him be bold
For seven months not a word was said
For seven months the lies were fed
But now I see a little light
And you come to me in pure fright
Let the truth be told and let him be bold
It’s been so long
Your facts are wrong
The scary boy stole your phone
Yet your fear has never shown
Let the truth be told and let him be bold
It was fun at first
Never thought it would get worse
You wanted to change your mind
And stop it to be kind
Let the truth be told and let him be bold
You couldn’t find the...

December Boxes
I miss the boxes we used to play in.
The worlds we would create.
I miss the parks we used to lay in.
Our stories were so great.
I miss the days we used to live in.
The friendships lost to fate.
I miss when our toy box was a spaceship.
I miss when the covers where a safe haven.
I miss when stories of Atlantis where real.
I miss the peace we had.
I miss the security we had.
I miss the love we had.
Am I the only one?
Do you miss the boxes too?
Do you remember the boxes?
Do you remember the games?
The joys?
The toys?...
The worlds we would create.
I miss the parks we used to lay in.
Our stories were so great.

The Man With The Pocket Watch
Every night I see him
The man with the pocket watch.
He is very tall and very thin.
Like a giant I never can see his face.
His hands are warm and aged,
From years of hard work and pain.
Though his eyes I cannot grasp,
His smile never fades.
Every night I see him
The man with the pocket watch.
Every night we go out
To see the pretty lights.
He brings me to the carnival
Though he hates clowns.
He carries me on his shoulders
Allowing me to see the world.

Effexor
Tell me of your mysteries
And tell me of your fears.
Bring me to the city of white,
That flies over skies.
Tell me of the joys
And wipe away your tears.
Is it in your mother's call
Or the screams you often hear?
Is this where the devil lies?
Is it just childish fears?
Who is the faceless man
And why does he appear?
Explain away your dreams,
My boy, and take this note right here.
Take a capsule every night
And two when the hands hit twelve.
These will fix you right away
And make your Hellish world disappear.
And tell me of your fears.
Bring me to the city of white,
That flies over skies.
Tell me of the joys
And wipe away your tears.
Is it in your mother's call
Or the screams you often hear?
Is this where the devil lies?
Is it just childish fears?
Who is the faceless man
And why does he appear?
Explain away your dreams,

These will fix you right away
And make your Hellish world disappear.
