Since been diagnosed with BPD I find poetry to be my release. I have a bad day I write, it comes natural and when I write I am still within the moment of what I have just experienced there's vulnerability within my writing and I feel people can relate.

My mirror shattered a long time ago,

Intrusive thoughts
She goes about the day her normal usual way, wondering what storm is brewing for her today.
One little stumble and them
intrusive thoughts will follow.
While she’s yearning for his presence,
She falls weakened to the essence of his soul.

While you all get on with the day
I stay within my home
I’m not trying to get out,
I guess I’ve gotten use to my own
company.

I latched now it’s time for me to detach,
Tempting faith, it doesn’t feel so safe no more.
The saying rings true take it from me
I’m sure of it, I’ve felt the reaction to all my actions.

He’s not spoken for
Were as I, well I won’t lie I’m a little bit broken inside.
I feel he thrives on it gives him the drive,
I can only presume not assume.
He taunts me and it haunts me how close I almost cave.
I’m trying to make a wrong a right,
I can’t risk to lose this fight not this time so I won’t cave.
I will pray for him while he
