Since been diagnosed with BPD I find poetry to be my release. I have a bad day I write, it comes natural and when I write I am still within the moment of what I have just experienced there's vulnerability within my writing and I feel people can relate.

I am no longer wanted
I am just an object.
I offered myself to you
Only to come out as your reject;
I'm almost certain
I won't be the one coming out a winner
This silence is a killer.

Unconditional Love
The goodness of being wanted,
outweighs all the badness of your actions.
With every hit I fall harder to the floor,
although i'm still here so could I be asking for more?
Curled up like a ball with hope
the ground will swallow me whole,
it's been awhile since I've felt this small.

My head is talking.
While I fight with my head over our
prior encounters,
with my tight chest ready to burst.
While he’s oblivious,
in my head it’s pretty serious.

I'm questioning myself
losing myself
within this picture you are trying to paint
as if you're some sort of saint.
You said your words were in anger
man they felt like fucking daggers.

Oh Lord, the grief if only for a second it was brief
So I could indulge in a sense of relief.
