Poet Introduction
Hello, I am a Poet who mostly writes dark poems, If you decide to read any of mine, Please enjoy.
Fate
The days grow long, and the dawn will never come,
We are lost in the dark of our hearts,
We are punished because of a mistake,
We will die a gruesome way,
Lets not hide from our fate,
It's too late,
We joined this game,
Out of greed and fame,
But now we know we were damned from the start,
With our black hearts the only way to reach our silent reverie,
He comes, and we close our eyes excepting our fate,
But to this date, he never came late,
He brings the screams of the ones we knew,
He brings endless pain, a pain that has no...

Ghosts
I am a Ghost of my original being,
A cast away toy that was left to be covered in dust,
A broken dream that has been long forgotten,
A wish on a star that has Faded,
A broken heart after a long loved love,
The never ending tears after the death of a child,
I am a civilization that died millions of years before,
I watch as people walk by never noticing the houses,
never noticing the bones or pots that lay within,
people sometimes fall into a pit witch leads to my city,
but they never escape this pit of which I lay,
surrounded by the ghosts of my...

The Ancient war
A family lives together and tries to survive,
they try to thrive and keep the life,
But every night, The darkness arrives,
taking a sibling to die, It's not right,
They starve and cry but never live without one lie,
The children hide, the parents pass through the light
to join another fight beyond the grave, to pray and crave,
Lost within a fight between Dawn and Day,
Ridding the world of a terrible fright,
Keeping away what does not behave,
The hounds are not far. Can you hear them Bay?

The Fluttering light
I stand at my window,
I watch all the little lights,
the stars as they produce a fluttering light,
a bright night they have created,
bring hope and ending fears,
letting children fall peacefully to sleep,
without a thought or a gnawing fear to haunt them,
Without a tear running down their cheeks,
they will forget what fear is,
and finally escape this cage,
they will watch as the clouds cover the moon,
and as the stars shine through with their ever fluttering,
glowing, glimmering light,
they fight off all your fears but I watch...

ABC poem
A lie of time
but now your mine
can't you see
death waits for me
every day and night
fighting the fear
going for the light
hoping it would take me
if only the darkness wouldn't swallow me
joking away the pain
killing another as a game
laughing at the sorrow
musing at the remorse
nodding at a thought
often lost to my dark imagination
pleading for the life of sanity
quivering in fear
running away from the dark
screaming for god
telling lies
underlining the main cause
viewing it in a different angle...

can't you see
death waits for me
every day and night
fighting the fear
going for the light

The soilder
He first appeared when the rifle arrived it was an old civil war rifle the rumor was that the original owner died at war and that the gun was dug up in some guys back yard, but right now I don't know if it was a blessing or a curse.
After it came every night the cat would growl and hiss down the hall way, and would lung at air it would watch things we could not see, we thought it was just being weird and we had nothing to worry about, Boy were we wrong.
I woke up in the middle of the night to what sounded like a scream so I got out of bed and checked on my family, nobody...

I wish
I wish I knew my family better,
I wish I knew those who actually cared for me better,
now I am here, lying on a bed in a dull white room as my body slowly fails me,
you don't visit, nobody visits I asked for you to come I asked and pleaded and begged but you were to busy,
you were off doing something else with me in the farthest reaches of your mind.
I sent you a message yesterday,
today is my last day alive,
last day to see anyone but nobody came,
do you remember the promise you made,
you promised you would never leave me alone,
you...

Silence
Silence....
It can be scary or it can be peaceful.
It's all dependent on how you see it
I fear the silence because then I am left to
My thoughts....
My nightmares...
My memories....
All of which are equally painful,
all of which haunt my ever fading being.
If I fade I want the world to resolve all of there problems,
Alas it does not work that way,
The ghosts of my past came back to torment my shredded soul,
my broken heart and what little sanity i have left in my body.
It can be scary or it can be peaceful.
It's all dependent on how you see it
I fear the silence because then I am left to
My thoughts....
My nightmares...

All of which are equally painful,

Gods Plea
Nearer my god to thee, to keep this fake peace,
hoping to end the crying of the children,
hoping to end their misery, A ringing gesture,
a tormenting game, a morbid fire, a sad violin,
playing a game of misery, this all but a light burden,
it's a kick to the gut or a split knuckle, A mad-dog running
or a crazy man who just crumpled to the sidewalk on Sunday,
an old hymn too old to be in a book.
As hundreds sang out in a forever sweet hymn
of harmony and melancholy with husky voices of strangers and friends.
hoping to end the crying of the children,
hoping to end their misery, A ringing gesture,
a tormenting game, a morbid fire, a sad violin,
playing a game of misery, this all but a light burden,
it's a kick to the gut or a split knuckle, A mad-dog running

Dreaming of you Again
I had a dream about the other day,
I don't remember what it was about,
But you were there telling me to stop crying
it would be okay but in my dream I knew you left me again,
the pain from the first time hasn't faded yet,
the sorrow is still there,
I do remember you promising me one thing,
I would see you again,
But when in a dream or will you be right there next to me.
