I'll never understand why you were brought into my life,
If only to disappear and feel as if you cut me open with a knife.
Gone are the feelings that I felt inside,
It's as if they vanished when you decided to hide.
Now I'll never know what it would be like
To see your face in the morning light.
I question why you'd hurt me like this, always coming and going into the abyss. I can't keep going on like this.
I hate this feeling that tugs on my heart.
I hate this feeling of being torn apart.
I hate this feeling of missing you.
I hate...

A Love So Strong
We melt into
each other's being.
It feels so good
without even seeing.
Our hearts beat
together as one.
The love so strong
never to be undone.
The music that plays
puts us into a trance.
Twisted together
our souls dance.
We are the radiant part
of each other's day.
Our love so amazing
is forever to stay.

Fire and Lace
You're the fire
I am the lace.
Both of us longing,
for our first embrace.
We feel the passion
between our hearts,
even though
we're miles apart.
Our souls dance together
we both know.
Just how big
can this love grow?
Take my hand
and hold it tight.
We close our eyes
and take that flight.
As we continue to feel,
our love that's so real,
we anxiously wait
for our lips to seal.
Beautiful dreams,
are where we collide.
I can't wait for the day,
that you're by my side....
I am the lace.

~Magical Forces~
Magical forces pulled her deep into his soul. She couldn't seem to fight it, it was out of her control. It's was as if he knew how to fill in that black hole.
She was sad when they didn't speak.
It made her heart break...
into a million pieces scattered all over the floor.
The tears fell without any control. She needed his touch to last for evermore.
The "hold" he had over her was so unexpected...but yet exciting. He made her feel as if she was the only woman on the earth. He made her day complete with just a few words of worth.
So many...
She was sad when they didn't speak.
It made her heart break...

You will always remain forever in my heart.
It was the saddest day
when we had to part.
I still think about the times we had.
Never was there anything said
that was bad.
I placed my heart
so carefully in your strong hands.
It felt safe and warm
with no demands.
Our sweet love will always be,
forever in our souls till eternity.
I thank you for being my rock,
when I thought all I needed
was for my heart to be locked.
I hope that you always know
that you mean the world to me.
You showed me a love,...

my thoughts over you.

I don't know what to do.

Capture Of My Heart
You captured my heart awhile ago,
but then you decided to let it go.
It kept on beating
in spite of our split.
I never stopped loving you,
not even for a bit.
As time went by,
you were always on my mind.
I often wondered
if we'd meet again in time.
Then one morning,
without any warning,
I woke up to words
that I never saw coming.
I must confess.
My mind was thrown
in a bit of a mess.

Love Is A Hunger
Love is a hunger
from deep within the soul.
It's a longing feeling
that only waits to unfold.
Magically it envelops your being.
It can't be fought off,
even with the strongest of meanings.
It is wanted with great desire,
as the heart starts
to burn with fire.
It starts as a glow
and ends in a blaze.
Not once do you ever
see only a haze.
Only a few
are blessed with true love.
Sometimes it's right there
you may just need a shove.
If you have it
hold on to it tight.
It can be gone...

Questions of Love
There has to be more than the darkness I see. Why can't I find just a little light? My heart doesn't know how to put up a fight.
I lay here feeling happy but yet my mind is a mess. It's as if I am being put to a test.
The words flow through from my heart to my head. By the time they hit the paper, my eyes are red.
Am I immortal? Is this only an Illusion? Why do I feel like things are surreal ?
I want this tender love that feels so right.
Even though everything else seems so wrong, my true feelings always rise and take flight.

The wind blows around me,
as if trying to tell me a secret.
Maybe it's just me hoping
it will speak to my heart.
I never knew that I could feel a love
that's so very real.
Tell me your secret wind.
I love the way it makes me feel.
Feelings of confusion flood my mind.
My heart is being stretched
as if it's a rubber band.
If it only were so simple
I would be able to forget the world

I don't want more scars on my heart.

~Iron Bars~
So this is goodbye. I guess I was a fool. I believed your words you said were true.
I don't understand how a heart can love and hurt so much...even if we have never touched.
Around my heart of hurt and pain, the iron bars will go in place. My life will go on with a little bit of grace.
Never again do I want to feel the darkness of the heart. It holds so much hurt from our being apart.
I will try to find just a little light to mask my scars and hold my feelings in tight. You'll never again see my true love be thrown... out the window and stepped on like a...
