Pretty Darkness
Butterfly
and Rainbow
Shining sun
and Lightning bug
Happy thoughts
and beautiful dreams
Flitting quickly through my mind
But that underlying place
The darkest thoughts
That reside
Cloud them over
With brimstone and fire

Revenge So Sweet
Pain you caused
Like no other I've felt
but revenge is sought
slowly in the dark
I've seen your treachery
Felt your glare
and now
Now you expect things
You take things
Things you know I can't deny
because I love you
But now
now that I've seen these words
I will find the weakest point
I will take it
and I will use it
Torturing you
till you die.

Heart, Falling Apart
I sit here
tear after tear
falling down my face
Crying as I slowly realize
you're mine no more
Watching you with her
Watching you with them
My heart ripping
and tearing
and shredding as it falls
and falls
to the ground at my feet
My love wasn't enough
And now I pay
with my pain
How stupid must one be
not to see
the pain your conquests cause
How blind am I
that I couldn't tell
that I was just another
Added to the list

Beautiful Sleepless Pain
I sit here
and watch you
as your eyes close
and I am hypnotized
by your breathing,
in and out,
so slow and delicate
but life filling
all in one.
I brush that strand away
and curl my hand
around yours.
You're beautiful as you sleep
no pain to be seen
by me.
No pain caused by those hateful eyes
those cruel lips.
No,
see for as you sleep
you open to me
and I can see
that love
which is taken from me.
and watch you
as your eyes close
and I am hypnotized
by your breathing,
in and out,

Dimming Light
Fireflies and dancing lights
Shooting stars
And candle light
Beautiful things
To light my way
In a night
So dull and gray
But as these pieces
Of my heart
Fall
And break apart
Each and every light
Dims and dies
So that my eyes
See only dark

Clear, Red Puddle
You hear that?
That dripping sound?
The sound like dripping water?
You see the puddle?
The puddle so clear?
But as you look
Do you see another
Another color so deep
So rich?
That red color,
That blood,
Is what I shed
As each web
Stabs its pointy end
Into my flesh
Winding pain
Into my heart
Like a poison dart
As it shreds
All away
To nothing.

The Largest Show of Love
How do I prove to thee my love?
How do i show thee there's no love greater?
Could I give thee my heart
Still beating from my chest?
Could I give thee the world
With or without the fire?
Or shall I just cage myself thusly
As i have

Never Be Real
Let me be sad
Just for now
Let these tears
Flow from my eyes
Let my body tremble
from the sobs
You would normally
Help subside
Let my heart break
And don't try
To make it stop
Let my loss of you
Consume my form
Let me lie here
Until I am still
And dead

Make me smile

Be real again

Pools of Blood
You stand there
A calm look
Upon your face
Blood dripping from your hands
As my heart lies beating
At your feet
A blade rests
Unsteady in my hand
While blood is pooling around me
As I slowly die for you
But only we shall know
