Tears run down his face
His hands shaking
His eyes start fluttering closed
He whispers his last goodbyes
Begging to be forgivin for his sins
We hold onto his hands with all our might
Never wanting to let him go.
His warm loving eyes now cold and lost
Death greets him greedly
Taking him away into the great unknown
Away from us, his family
Why does he have to leave?
I believe his time came too soon
Now he is with Nancy
Looking down smiling on us
Hopefully we can make him proud.

The world is so beautiful and colorful
So bright and welcoming
But i find it hard to welcome the world
Into my soul. No matter how hard i try
to be happy i cannot allow myself to get too
happy and get high hopes for myself
cause then i get let down and broken
laying on the floor emotionally scared
crying to no one is listening
