Dear God
Dear God,
Can you hear me
I'm lost again
Please come find me
Demons, like buzzards circling
Waiting to feast upon me
Can you save me
From this awful end
Can you save me
From myself again
I've done everything I can do
I'm in pieces bring lots of glue
I've burned my wings
From flying too high
If it offends me
Pluck out my eye
Curiosity killed the cat
Now I know why
Save my soul
By taking my life
End this sorrow
And just let me die
Can you hear me
I'm lost again
Please come find me

You want the truth
Another day
Against the grain
Every day
It's all the same
Can't fit in
Like everyone else
Left my facade
Sitting on the shelf
If you don't
Wanna know
Don't ask me
The truth cuts
Like a knife
And I'll just
Watch you bleed
If you're comfortable
Just being here
Stay outta my way
Time is a thief
And I got none to waste
Against the grain
Every day
It's all the same
Can't fit in
Like everyone else

DRUGS POEM

Lucky few
Pierce the veil and pierce the skin
Slowly numb the pain within
Dancing lights, distorted sights
Caress your brain all through the night
Falling upward, standing down
Chased the rabbit into the ground
Lost at home, at home in space
Can't get out the bolted gate
Wake up she cried,
Your dreams have died!
All those you trusted, deceived and lied
Save yourself from this awful fate
The time is now, don't be late
Sat up in bed and saw the tubes
They say I was one of the lucky few
...

We are sold
We are sold
Like cattle at a sale, we can't say no
Not knowing what the future will hold
Does any of this seem strange
To anyone other than me
Are we fed the truth
Or just a lot of lies
We're all dumb beasts
Fattened for the upcoming feast
Now it's time to go
I won't take part
I'm not gonna be your main course
You may chase me
But I'm not going down without a fight
You may take my life
But my soul will never die

Are you OK?
Are you OK?
Nobody knows
Too many feelings
I didn't want to show
You seem different
Than you were before
Like another person
Just walked through the door
Wide eyes
Wild stare
Looking far away
For something that's not there
Gotta make myself
Put on a show
Play that character
Everyone knows
Which is the real me
I wish I knew
I'm one whole person
Divided into

Feast
He saw through their fake smiles
Lying eyes are an open
Window to the soul
Heart of tar, black and twisted
Set ablaze to burn for eternity
Hypocrites, the sick ingrate who
Judges what they do not know
Or understand
May your mouths be filled
With the ashes of the dead
A cannibalistic feast to
Feed their engorged head
Ego kills compassion
And fills the heart with lead
Lying eyes are an open
Window to the soul
Heart of tar, black and twisted
Set ablaze to burn for eternity

Denial mask
I spend my waking hours
In search of a forgotten face
My thoughts are clouded
My reflection covered
By the denial mask again
Confusion reigns
I've fooled myself
I can't keep up this facade
The death bird is circling
Waiting for that final lapse in judgement
Fly away you foul smelling
Maggot of the stratosphere
Carrion some other place
I've smashed my face
Into the wall for the last time
Cracked shards of the denial mask
Have fallen
I see your motives all too well

Finding Angel
She said goodbye for the final time
All she wanted was to be loved
She won't be there
When they get home tonight

I saw your smile was gone today
Was there nothing I could do?
You slowly faded from light to gray

Deep in the darkened woods
The only place where you could be safe
And felt like you were good

Invisible thief
Her flowers were cool
Like the soft morning dew
But now they don't bloom anymore
The light in her eyes
Burned bright in the sky
But now they don't burn anymore
Her garden grew tall
Deep into the fall
But now it don't grow anymore
Her love always shone
And though it's not gone
It's harder to shine anymore
A sweet angel from Heaven
Who would give all she was given
But don't know what to give anymore
Everytime that I leave
Returns the invisible thief
To steal her memories
...

Living ghost
She walks around
Through the decaying house
That once was filled with laughter
Now things look strange
And out of place
She feels she doesn't matter
Every once in a while
Strangers come around
When they can spare the time
They'll sit and stare
And say that they care
Tell her she's looking fine
But they're just playing host
To this living ghost
Who seems to be lost in her mind

Lost in a maze
My thoughts are an extensive world
The skies are dark
Clouds and fog hide
The lustrous beauty of the moon
Stars show a brief glimmer of hope
Through a silent break in the
Blanket covering the Wildwood
Where is my reprieve
From this eternal night?
I'm lost in a maze
With no boundaries
Everything is silent
No voices to guide me
All alone with no way home
Help
