Hills, heights, hikes, new freedom
Lots of questions, I found a resolution

Flying south to La Palma, seeing molten Lava
Fresh island air, releasing my cares
My mind now refreshed, my resistances addressed
Finding my feet and soaking up that heat

When your in good spirits and forget about your limits
not counting away those wasted minutes
The world is open to you
