If what I said turns out to be true, just leave me be
Go on with your life, as if I never existed
After all, I was only the one you couldn’t talk about
The one you loved, but had to keep in the dark

I’m too angry to answer, too broken to care

Cherish
That moment when you realize all is fine
Well, not fine
Not perfect, either
Just working
Progressing
You move through the pain,
Find beautiful things to cherish
You open up, see the light
It’s like being reborn
Look at the beauty of failing
Once you’re broken, you can get fixed
You can return, shiny and brand new
It’s a process;
Something you must go through
Oh, I cherish my past
I cherish my present
I cherish my life
I cherish my upcoming, unavoidable death

Sun
Your warm rays of love touch my skin,
Sending chills down my spine
I look up, and flinch
Your love is warm, yet so distant
You’re so hot, but so cold
Beautiful orb
Floating in the sky, sharing your warmth
You amaze me;
Always sharing, always caring
You are the center of my system,
The light in my darkness
You fight away my fears,
Fight away my pain
Don’t you ever go;
Don’t you ever allow darkness to return
Feed me via photosynthesis,
Share your love
I’ll love you forever,
From sunrise to sunset

broken and used
you're Britney
clueless and stupid
and worse of all,
you're me
but not really
you're just a bad macro imitation
Photoshop your way out of everything
except this, of course
no program will help you
no concealer will conceal enough
to me, you were dead
now, however, i'll make sure you stay that way
Wipe away that smile
you won't walk away from this
and stop laughing
this isn't funny, and it won't become so
Look in the mirror, babe

Bubbles surround me,
pink colored water drowning my pain
candles float around me,
their scent vanishing my stress away
oh, blessed be
blessed be
As i chanted,
i could feel Her power
we became one
not me
not Her
just one
magnificent;
etheral, eternal
My body is a temple,
sacred and pure
my blood and heart are yours
come for me
devour me
Goddess divine,
i am yours and you are mine
not many understand it;
our pagan love
you are peace
you are calm
with you, there is no violence...

Is causing me pain the way you get your rocks off?

I think I deserve to know
After all, it's me you're tearing down
Somehow, you've changed for the worst
The sweet angel I knew went away
She left, lent her body to the devil

There's no place left to hide
It's all been tainted,
Soiled by other people's mistakes
Now, all i can do is set fire to everything
Watch as all i am goes to hell
You never cared
Never gave a fuck
Now, i won't cry
I won't feel bad
I'll just let myself go;
I'll feel the flames become all i am
Unlike you, i'm not an angel
I'm a human, flawed and fucked up
Yet, you can't see that
You don't see it's in my nature to make mistakes
Fire meets flesh,

I will never see your face again
You're gone, and you will never return
Now, i'll just wander
Forever lost without your love
My heart will turn to stone
It will lay in my chest, waiting forever for you
But what good is forever, if i can't share it with you?
Someday, somewhere, i'll see you again
Your lips and mine will connect once more
But that's not today;
And i'll be torn, waiting faithfully 'till the day i see your face again
You're gone, and you will never return
Now, i'll just wander

You were never to blame
i, however, didn't think so
i ignored so many phone calls, didn't reply to any messages
now, i feel lost
and i can't wash this dirt off my hands
You weren't a saint
but when i think about it,
neither was i
we were both humans;
beings of flesh, blood and bones
yet, i forgot that
i pushed logic away
When you fell,
i wasn't there to catch you
and when i cried,
you weren't around to wipe away my tears
It's hard to accept, but it's true
we both failed each other
Now, we let it die...

Blind, stupid, idiotic
We must stop them,
Prevent more harm
Waves and waves of strife
But they don't care
They don't see
The earth is bleeding,
Crying out
When will you notice?
When will you care?
My feet are dirty
Leafs and mud cover them
Yet, this feels good
