Awww why im always in some shit mark thought to himself shaking his head as he paced back and forth he often did that,the pacing, it was out of his control as long as he could remember he paced it was like his legs were working hard to keep his mind busy but this time was different no amount of pacing could ease his mind . He had to get it together get a plan maybe Shanna would be down she was always talking about leaving the hood anyway he thought looking at his big face watch he had gotten from puff puff pass the smoke shop on the corner  mark kept on pacing constantly whipping his head...

As I sit here and type this poem, IV got plenty of problems that need to be solved
My mind's been racing can't think things through, frustration is building inside me too
Everything is annoying I keep rolling my eyes letting out hot air with each exasperated sigh
I have an attitude but I don't even know why.my money is short while bills stay high, my 3year old does nothing but whine my 6 month old is attached to my hip  one wants attention the other wants the tit
I  have had these days the ones like this when everything seems worse than it is.so I know  today will...

Filling the silence with moans and whispers, its nothing to lay up- but when he rise, he won't miss her.

no ,not really doing what he can because she lets him(she silly)

Wishing and dreaming of what she thinks she should have,but deep down inside the truth is what leaves her mad.
   
heart heavy weighed down with disappointment, hurt feelings remain when he leaves in the morning.

left to feel inadequate and unimportant. yet still gives in to the lies like she's imprisoned and he is the Warden.

Hello old friend,its me.. haven't spoken to you since I decided to leave.

I remember how close we used to be,
Good friends since I was young...only 16.

Spent many days and long nights together,
You kept me warm in the coldest winters ever.
Kept me up when life knocked me down,
Numbed my feelings when the pain came around.
 
Made me blind to the reality I didn't want to see,kept me from being the best me that I can be.

Lowered my guard,self respect and self esteem
