Love Warrior
I only knew you for twelve days
twelve days is all it took to make you a priority
to wait and see you pop up in my inbox
to have deep meaningful, emotional, conversations
to tell you things I didn't know I could share
to never meet you, but to call you a dear friend
to know things about you and trust each other
we were internet friends, the most simple yet complex of friends
Deciding if you were real or fake just my the things we typed to one another
Simple because I could tell you things without being judged
making you laugh and...

Together, that's how it's suppose to be
Why am I your life line
Pulling you back in
We are in the same river
Together we are paddling up stream
Were in Kayaks together
We have open ourselves up
We are deeper than you realize
We have to depend on each other
But you seem to be lagging behind
This wasn't the plan
We were going to push each other along to the end
Why don't you trust me? Us?
If you give up whether it's mind, or body
What will happen to me?
I depend on you as much as you depend on me
How will I face the current alone?

What do you do when no ones around?
Lye on the kitchen floor and pretend I'm a crum.
Repeatingly press Inbox to see if magically someone will talk to me.
I put my headphones on and my life becomes an instant music video.
Try to move objects with my mind.
Practice the JennaMarbles face in the mirror.
Run up the stairs like a gorilla because it's easier that way.
Cyber stalking my hot second cousin twice removed because I can.
Answer the phone and talk to a salesman in a different accent.
Have long, deep conversations with myself to find the root of my frustration.
And have a...

The Darkest Pain
That bright yellow kid friendly color
The lead free paint
Mocks me
Your plain in sight
Yet I step on you
Immediately feel your presence
The piercing pain
Bringing me to tears
Furiously screaming at my brother
For having them out in the first place

What do you see through those eyes?
What do you see when you look through those eyes?
I ask myself this question often
Do you see a pretty girl?
A teenager with no grasp of reality?
A lonely girl?
A stronge girl?
Or do you look over me.
That i couldn't possible relate to you
That I have never felt pain
I have never had a tough choice
Or made a mistake
Been humiliated
Broken down
Why do you think that?
Because i look like i have it all together
I could put on a light smile on my face
Get through my day

What Hurts
Waiting....
And waiting...
I always seem to be waiting
And you never show
I sit and watch my phone
Eyeing my computer
Jumping up every time someone walks through the door
But that's not the sad part
what makes me
stupid, pathetic, crazy
Is that i don't see it coming
That you won't show
That i can't count on you
That i expect you to call
And be there
But i see it now
You've wasted my time
Because i was focused oh you
And i missed out on my true love
And thats what hurts the most

Sweatshirt
Your always there for me
You will cuddle with me
When there was no one to hold me
Make me feel comfortable
You don't care what i look like
You don't judge me
When I'm insecure and vulnerable
Dry my tears
Catch my spills
But always there
Your faded
And torn
Folded and stained
Worn with love
And even though my mom hates you
And thinks your ugly
We both know every stain and hole
has a story, a memory
So i keep you
You will cuddle with me

You couldn't pick me out of a line up
You won't notice if i stepped in the room
You don't recognize my laugh
You don't know my name
I'm know that perfect smile
Your emerald green eyes
Those curled locks of dreamy hair
That deep heartily laugh
Your rugged smooth voice
Your there, and I'm here
You can't see me, but I support you
I except you and love you for you
When we meet, the earth will move
The sparks will fly
Until then
be patient, my love
I'm coming as fast as i can

Why do you do this?
Shut me out
Hurt others because you think your protecting them
You didn't spare me hurt feelings
You gave them to me
You put yourself in a corner
With no where to turn
You pushed me away
But I still want to help you
I still care about you
What did you do to me
To make me care so much
To make me feel numb
That your the key to my broken heart
But are you?
Or just the only answer i see
The only answer you want me to see

The game of Chess
The game of chess is moving various pieces across a board to kill your opponents King
Some say the King is powerless without the Queen
The Bishop only moves diagonal- sneaky, helps you finish off your opponent
The Castle- loyal, can be used for an ambush
The Knight- helpful if you know what you doing, you must know what they can do to use them right
And Pawns- mostly used for distractions, but could be tremendous
The game is about knowing what your opponents thinking
Thinking three steps forward
Knowing the cause and effect of every...
