Sometime I feel myself falling into a dark hole
drowning in my misery.
My life flashes before me,
words left unsaid, deeds left undone.
There is nothing I can do to stop this feeling
of complete despair.
A lifetime of darkness and pain,
with nothing to look forward to.
I look up at the top of the hole to the sky,
wondering if i could have another chance.
Then I look back down at where I am,
and know that this is now my home.

I want to roar
with the pain I feel inside
I can't take it anymore
I can no longer hide.

As I sit in my despair
thoughts running through my head
It is so unfair
If only I were dead.

I am an outsider looking in
while the others have fun
I am cursed with this sin
of wanting to run.

I want to go away
and leave it all behind
of another long day
in my obsessed mind.

I finally reach for the knife
feeling the sharp blade
knowing it will end my life
My decision is made.
