i've been writing since the ninth grade. Started out doing love and pain stuff. Switched to more inspirational and instructive words as i've gotten closer to 50. lots of my work is self therapeutic. Hope to help someone else.

Ghost Writer
Sights seen by my eyes become words in my mind
Alphabet arrangements flowing thru my hand
from my pen to my pad
Letters looping lazily across each page
Ink barely leaving evidence of its presence in its passage onto parchment
Breathing, living feelings infusing the fleeting black lines and softly pigmented strokes which slowly come forth
Ethereal cursive lassos leaving elusive, swirled markings
fading in finishing
as if written by the hand of a ghost

Got no SWAG
But a whole lot of Swagger
Got no Louis Vuitton bags
But words sharp like a Dagger
Might not throw a punch
But opponents will Stagger

Child Protective Services
Old enuff to catch a bullet ( U.S. Army at age 18)
But not old enuff to catch a buzz ( gotta be 21)
Old enuff to go to jail
(not talkn juvie, 18 cept for special circumstances)
But not old enuff to vape and inhale
(21 again. are we playing blackjack?)
Old enuff to go to prison
(18 again. but special dispensations allow children young as 12 to be tried with adult-level penalties)
But not old enuff to make sexual decisions (guess you're only adult enuff if someone dies)
If you really wanna "protect children" ...

Cafe au Lait on full display
The most perfect mixture
is heading my way
Skin perfectly blended,
evenly Brown
Like espresso with sweet cream
Color of
Bailey's, a perfect double-shot,
dropped in warm Guinness
Skin glistens softly, teasingly tan

There's a special kind of magic in loving a powerful, big-bodied woman. A uniquely satisfying pleasure received when held by this woman.

Damn politicians are never there when you need them
Dagnabbit!!
That Governor Abbott
Saw a dollar
and went to grabbit
Beryl hit Houston while Abbott was gone
No power No water
Texans left on their own
Asian trade junket
Greg's chasin' them bucks
Those who looked to him
now see that "Greg Sucks"
He building walls
Blockn immigrants out
Say Texas got problems
Not the place for handouts ...
