POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
Through a sickly life of pain and torment came a love that weighed it all away from my bones and now that love is gone the truth is that I will always love Thomas but now must carry what he was with me. I am my own salvation.
Insert Antisocial Personality Here ( Aconitum )
"Why'd she do it?"
"Why? Well it's normal for people with this disorder to attempt such an act."
Oh don't be so coy Doctor H. just say what I did, she saw it didn't she? Saw the hole in her 'daughters' chest, didn't she? I could've sworn she saw the way the red bloomed like summer over the black of my top, almost wouldn't have seen the blood if my skin hadn't been so pale, right?
She saw the look in my brothers eyes as he held me close to his torso as if the world had completely fallen apart from his head and he would go mad if I had died, if I...

Dearest Thomas ( Acacia Greggii )
Bandages softly unlace,
keeping our dark pace.
Music box plays,
watching our lustful ways.
Cold grips skin,
you are mine to win.
Rosary hangs aside,
your lips ocean tide.
Sheets shuffle around,
please remove my ground.
Blades not needed,
words whispered-more pleaded.
Let me melt,
caress every little welt.
Hold me together,
you'll be alone never.
I love you,
not that anyone knew.
keeping our dark pace.

Inclined Mania ( Anemone Coronaria )
The red seems all the more fun when it's pouring from my own vessel, being held in the fabric of my white bed until it turns a sickly brown as a reminder that I once bled deep under the sheets in which I sometimes like to take pleasure of an image or two, something I may never have which would be love.
Erotic walls of black lace and frilled white fall away and you must see me, see the me that is a ghost who only wants the darkness to be my only friend with the fictional glow of the brick when I stare for far too long. Why does that happen? Is it normal to hallucinate light forming around...

I love you, Parker, forever and always. ( Heliotrope Jonquil )
White lace frills over black billowing in the nightly wind I find so calming though you find so eerie, because you can obviously hear the heels of my leather combat boots that clack against the pavement when I try to be quiet.
Sometimes I feel like getting awfully close to your tuffs of brown hair so I may just cut a wavy piece away then slither back to my darkened dorm and lay my head down on the, forever cold, pillow next to it; hoping I may smell you in the daytime when I awaken from yet another lovely dream of you.
Last night I made a mistake, drove too...

Message Ignored (STOP TRYING)
When I was born I knew you didn't want me,
that was alright with me.
The day you pushed me down the stairs I bleed for an hour,
I didn't shed a tear.
When Mother told me not to ask why you were never home,
I listened intently and nodded like a good girl.
When Brother hit me in the arm I hit him back,
always trying to impress the uninterested.
The night two boys followed me home wavering a price on my head,
I kicked them to the ground, just like you said.
All I want is for you to notice.
Though I know you won't.
You never will.
that was alright with me.
