Sunshine
Sunshine
Come back to me
It’s so cold
So cold
So cold
It’s as if I’m not alive
I can see my breath
Hear his pulse in the stillness of the night
In the stillness
I can hear the teardrop screaming as it
Falls into oblivion
I look at him
His sleeping silhouette and I shiver
At the thought
Of his frozen kiss
His burning cold breath down my lungs
His stone cold grasp
I wish the sunlight would come
And melt him
...
Come back to me

Sanity (Drove me Insane)
Sanity
Is what drove me insane
Trying to get you out,
Get you out of my brain
Trying to stop the pain
That I’ve lived with
Every single day
My whole life and you
Were the only thing that
Felt right in this
World of wrong
But everyone said that I
Was insane
But while trying to get sane
I drowned in the pain
Of losing you
And there was nothing that I
Could do. Sanity brought me
To my knees
Trying to find it
Made me bleed
When I lost you, I lost me.
But what should I do?
Should I pretend to be fine...
Is what drove me insane
Trying to get you out,
Get you out of my brain
Trying to stop the pain
That I’ve lived with
Every single day
My whole life and you
Were the only thing that

World of wrong
But everyone said that I

No Oxygen
I can’t breath
Without him
It feels like I have
No oxygen

What does that leave me with?
The lies of yesterday
And the heartache of tomorrow
But for now there is no air

Love is one hell of an idea, I’ll admit
It’s so full of shit
Just like you, I’ll admit
Just so very full of shit
Love is not just an idea
It came true
It happened to me and you
It really came true
Love was made by those who hate

Even when I know I really do love you I guess

Your body
On mine
Intertwined
Interconnected as if
You love me as

I dream
Of you and me
Off in a better place
Holding hands as we scream
But, instead, here we are,
Just perfect you
On top of
Just me
You kiss my face
And then my neck
And the heavens explode
I hold you close
So you will never let me go

Is heavy and solid
I almost feel like I can trust you
But I laugh the thought away
As you pull me on top of you
And I lay there
Feeling like I could live...

That Moment (I loved Him)
We were alone in his room and
He was telling me about his guitar,
And his drawings,
And how his life was hell,
And it was.
He was burning even more than the rest of us,
He was actually
Burning.
For me, the world had been ashes,
Everything slipping through my fingertips:
Empty promises, and my broken heart.
But he, he was actually burning,
Drugs in the family,
And a mom who didn't give a shit
So, he cuts.
And, I just want to make his hurt go away.
That's all I want to do.
As I kiss him gently,...

You can have me

For the taking but

Blow away the smoke and
Walk away
From it all
Barely breathing from

The ever-consuming fire
Ashes swirling like snow
You and I
Just you and I
Dust particles
Barely atoms floating
Nothing but love binds us together
In a world that falls apart
For it has to come to an end
For everyone else
But we
Were meant to be
It was the king’s final decree
As he
Fell from the throne
And chaos kissed the world
A fiery hello
And an ice-cold goodbye
