Trailer Park Girl
Look at me
All you see
Frayed Jeans and oversized T-shirt
Maybe I don't have Name brand
And my hair is a little crazy
Maybe I have too many freckles
And Maybe I'm just not the girl for you
Its alright
I'll be fine
I said its okay
I'll survive
I'm that girl you lost
Never know
Cause Country girls clean up nice
I can cook a meal to save a soul
I can clean a house in quicker time
Looks like I'd make a damn good wife
But you'll never know
All you see

I don't remember
When I fell in love
Or how we became so close
I don't remember
The fights we used to have
Or the stressful prying questions
I only remember you
And every little thing you do
I don't remember when we fell in love
I've always loved you
Even before we knew
It's always been you
My hand holds on so close
For only you matter the most
I can remember today
And every heartbeat

Goodnight Kiss
A simple brush of your lips on mine
I thought I'd be used to, by this time
Strong hands holding me close
A reminder, you'll never let go
And one day, I know
You'll be home from battle
In my arms again I know
I'll keep you here with me
Till the world dies around us
You are the reason
You are the meaning
Why I'm still here trying
When once upon a time...
I'd rather be dying
I used to be so bitter and cold
But that me grew old
I'm here with you

I forget How I got here
You showed me today
My angel couldn't save me
From the hell I was about to face
His hand reached for mine as the pain increased
The walls began falling around us
I remember how we got here
We've been here forever
I loved you before we became
Before life began
I've loved you forever
As I always will
There are no gaps
This void I had searched for something to fit
And today I can say as long as you're with me
I'm truly alive

I'm not easy to break
That was your mistake
I can handle heartbreak
It was my own
This trembling soul shakes
Its been 57 days since I quit counting away
Funny how we came so far
Devils gonna say hey
When you come a walking my way
Although you shouldn't see me like this
I don't wanna miss our goodbye kiss
Two wrongs might turn out right
If this love can hold me so tight

Your cold cold world surrounds me
This blanket is dark
Covering my eyes
Fabric of steel wool digging into the flesh
Forget the past
That was filled with Yesterdays dreams
I've let go of borrowed hope
And remembered what I had inside
I've lost it all again and again
Think I'd be used to this by now
But my knight stood through this war completely untouched
And I bared the only weapon to destroy or create true happiness

Why am I so bad?????
Inspiration is a beast
In my worries, this is of least
In my life I will confess
I've truly made myself a mess
It seems I live life wrong
Don't wanna live for long
I'd give it now
If I knew how
To find the will
I'd have to kill
And face my greatest fears
All the chaos puts me in tears
Trash of writing, yes I know
But its how I vent and let go
I shoulda noticed long ago
That love was only just for show
My hands are broken
Poetic words won't be spoken
No longer am I here...

I want the world to see
The truth between you and I
The truth, will it set you free?
All you've done is lie
I can be bold
I can be bright
I can be dull
I can be light
But what you are
Puzzles me
Barely speaking
Yet you're here
