Fear can be a poweful weapon or a devasting demise,
It can stop us where we stand,
erase the finish line before our eyes,
often it comsumes like wildfire devouring anything in its path,
But, sometimes fear can be a motivation, and even make us laugh.
As hard as it may be, and with fears that can overwhelm,
Remember dear one, that fear doesn't deserve the helm!
Fear can be so brutal, taking us apart, bit by bit,
It can make you feel like you're drowning, it can cause a mental fit,
One doesn't have to understand the fear of another,
All one...

This here is an explanation of a day in the life of me …

Woke up and tried to sit down with a smidge of grace,
but instead almost landed straight on my face!
it only just began but already my day is a mess,
i fell to the floor twice all while trying to dress!
burnt my leg after i stumbled down to my bum,
its just a moment in my life-time conundrum;

i went to stand but i poked myself in the eye,
i started thinking out loud, ‘today i might die!’

I best be careful of the rocks that are like razor
sharp spears,
and cracks...

YOU, YES DEAR ONE, YOU!

LOVE YOURSELF! I mean really fall in love with you!

As in, head-over-heels, falling down the stairs, face plant right into a wall because you are so incredibly loving who you are!

It’s ok to fall in love with you!

Remember to carry yourself in humility, grace and understanding; walk with integrity and sincerity!

And, FORGIVE YOURSELF! Stop holding on to the unchangeable; you have kept yourself locked up, punishing yourself for too long now!

LET IT GO!

i wish you just enough rain to fall
that you’ll appreciate the dry when it comes to call

i wish you just enough turmoil to stir
that you’ll appreciate the peace when it does occur

i wish you just enough sadness and tears
that you’ll appreciate the happiness through out your years

for every thing that is hard to feel,
is something that we need to heal,

it may be difficult for you to understand right now,
but you’ll look back with wonder as you start to realize how,
