POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
Dark, macabre, & shy I'm sorry I'm the unexpected little girl. The bloody little girl that everyone fears.
Poisoned
My pulse slows as my eyes begin to close
The fire in my black heart begins to dim
Skin turns as pale and blue ad a corpse's
That's exactly what you planned on making me
A rotting, dead corpse
The veins all throughout my body pulse with a harsh burn
I no longer have blood in my veins
It is now boiling lava
As I pant into the air cursing your name,
I'm also sighing in relief
The world surrounded me is now a blur of black
Soon the surrounding will be dirt and wood with maggots all over me
Sweet, sweet relief
The poison is finally overcoming...

Big Brother
My dear big brother
This is a poem dedicated to you
Just you
I've made this for you for a reason
I owe you something
I owe you my life
But poetry is all I can give
We were a war
A one-sided war
I fought you, you never fought back
I didn't even know what the war was for
Why did I fight you so much?
I regret it, I regret it all
All the names, the threats, the lies
I don't know why I would do it to you
Big brother, you were my big brother
You still are
Whenever I'm sad or upset or crying,
I think of you
The words of...

Replay
Those glorious moments
Those amazing memories
like when we first kissed atop that rock near the river
like when you read me a story about a lonely princess falling in love with a lonely prince
like when you whispered "together forever" in my ear
like when I cried and you held me, saying comforting words
like when we got lost and you played me that one song
The song you said that was ours
The song that I still love to this day
I want to replay that song
I want to replay all of those memories
I want to replay them all with you
The time...

The Girl
Perfection
Can't you see it?
I can
I saw it in you...
but now it's in her
The girl that is not me
Me that is not the girl
Beauty stolen from Helen,
Wit built on people's pleasure,
and a scholar of Einstein's replicated mind
I am not the one of those possessions
But, oh, how I wish I was
An average face,
Average wit,
and average brains
I'm just average
While she's extraordinary
Your eyes,
Gawking at her
Your soft, kissable lips,
Smiling at her
Your large but gentle hands,
Reaching for her
Her
not me...
Can't you see it?
I can
I saw it in you...
but now it's in her
The girl that is not me

Too Late
They were together for so long
After that everything went wrong
Her name was "love"
His name was "dove"
She wanted more than what they already were,
and he was sure that the one was her
The girl expected a ring,
but instead got a bear that could sing
In rage she threw it across the street
The boy raced to it, but was beat
The truck skidded to a stop, but it was too late
Death was the boy's new fate
The girl, crying, retrieved the Teddy bear
What she discovered was much unfair
"Marry Me" is what the bear...

Your Fear
I want another sadist's dream
To show me where you hide when it's dark
Your fear is my feast
It makes me shake with excitement
It makes me squeal with pleasure
How can you sleep
knowing that I'm there waiting for your nightmares?
Get scared and replenish me
Make me feel stronger
Lie and say you do not fear me,
but your fearing lies only make me hungrier
Give up and give in
Fear will overtake you
Bringing your trembling heart on my silver platter
I want to hear your scream
Scream in fear
Feed me
Feed my desires
My desires...
To show me where you hide when it's dark
Your fear is my feast
It makes me shake with excitement
It makes me squeal with pleasure
How can you sleep
knowing that I'm there waiting for your nightmares?
Get scared and replenish me

Friendly Tree
There sits the friendly tree
I stare at it, it stares at me
Branches so empty and bare
yet has so much to share
The rope is tightened around its thick part
I stand on the chair knowing I'll soon have a new start
The chair is then kicked back
Air in my lungs begin to lack
Soon as I know it, the world goes black
There sat the friendly tree
I'm so grateful it helped me
I stare at it, it stares at me
Branches so empty and bare
yet has so much to share
The rope is tightened around its thick part
I stand on the chair knowing I'll soon have a new start
The chair is then kicked back
Air in my lungs begin to lack
