Once upon a messed up time
Go try and prove me wrong
Go drag this lie along
Go tell yourself to hope
a reason left to cope
You know it won't get better
You know it doesn't matter
It'll never be undone
This life has been long gone
cause as soon as you kneel down
all you do is sink and drown
Once upon a messed up time
I believed it'll all be fine
A fairy tale told lie
It's worse to live than die
Why do think you're crazy?
You know your eyes look hazy
Even if they reach out to you
You're on your own in all you do ...

Burn
My only friend
The only one who care
Always seem to numb
the emptiness I bear
Heat runs down my chest
My balance seems to sway
It's okay, I need the fire
to make it through the day
So,
Burn my heart today
Burn my thoughts away
Burn down how I feel
Burn all that just won't heal
Ice cubes hit the glass
The only sound I hear
Hey my friend arrived
to listen to my fear
Perfect golden silence
Inside this noise I face
I'm staring down the bottom
stepping up the pace

Tear Drops
When the barrier's up,
spoken truth in place
Finding strength is hard
to step into that space
Keeping it at bay
Backing up to stay
Respect the only way
in tear drops as you pray
When the fall is fast,
reality becomes so real
Waiting for a dream seems lost
when denying how you feel

Pretending feels like torture

they come so easily
Each time you use them
they become more empty
So easily you lie,
true colors expose it
Your actions are real
and you don't even know it

One more chance, one last fight
Pluck up courage and hold on tight
One more push, one more day
that's the price I have to pay
Take the better of me, parts unused
Keep that memory, it's not abused
then run away, while you still can
and don't look at me, this half a man
cause I'm such mess, I've gone astray
Maybe I'm just better of this way

Who am i living for?
for you who wished me gone
You who beat me up
punished for what I've done

who wished I wasn't born
even if the skin healed up

If it could only be me an you
I'd strip away every barrier,
go break down evey wall

and run away from it all
